It's not so much about Chibi's lack of experience, Bobo has barely any arena experience as well. But in the past i've seen people create an account on impulse, apply to a bunch of threads and then never be heard of again. I wanted to make sure that wasn't the case here. Since Chibi is still here, i suppose we'll accept them. I suppose i'll have to find some way to provide him/her with an instrument :hmm

@Chibi, you can consider yourself accepted. One little note on your CS though: I'd prefer if you made a more specific description of the magic your character can use, like the specific effects that her enchantments can cause. If you prefer not to, to not restrict yourself, that's alright too, but in that case i'll retain the right to call bullshit on your spells if they're too powerful. Alright?
