One straight to Alaska would probably have been completely militarized, I don't doubt the annexation of Canada was a strategic move on the US government's part to expand Alaska's area and have a way of getting troops and supplies to Anchorage en masse that didn't involve planes or boats. I doubt it'd have the same terminus as the other stations, probably being in Mariposa or something.

But one going through south Canada and Quebec, that would've been neat. Ronto is apparently comparable to DC and The Commonwealth.
