Sorry for coming in last minute. I took the liberty of naming the ocean, let me know if it sounds strange. I got it from here in case anyone was curious.
Name: Anishar Title(s): Anishar of The Deep, The Martyred God Seat of Power: Imprisoned; bound in the center of the black waters of the Kidron Ocean. Divine Aspects: Martyrdom, The Currents of Waves and Emotions alike. Appearance: One form. Often unseen but anyone under Anishar's influence becomes acutely aware of him and even his appearance even if they have not laid eyes on him first hand. Once when he resided on land, he had a diplomatic form so not to intimidate, but this did not last long, and there was soon no need for it once he was bound. Artifacts: wip Unique abilities: Direct Control If a being is a follower and believer in Anishar's influence and power, Anishar has the ability to assume direct control of their vessel. The possessed body gains a fraction of Anishar's capable powers: wave manipulation, emotional influence through memory (ex: could have target relive a repressed memory and experience the emotions anew), and of course increased physical attributes such as strength, agility, and speed.* Water Manipulation Control of currents, waves and sea levels. If the Flotilla is in danger, Anishar will often intervene with a possessed vessel and protect his people with rouge waves and currents spiriting them away to safety.* *If these powers are abused or overused (say in combat with another god), Anishar's restraints will falter and crack, causing a number of his followers to fall into a state of mental instability and or depression. Worse case if his restraints were to be broken completely all his followers would lose any mental capacity, becoming empty shells, causing all faith lost in Anishar; a loss in his complete powers. Personal History: Anishar and other gods, as he sees them, have an emotional plane above that of mortals, regardless of their differences, Anishar believes they harbor the potential to be in tune with this higher emotional state. In his early years after coming into the world, Anishar dwelt in the deepest crevasses of the Kidron Ocean, becoming one with the life that resided there, unaware of the above world. Eventually, a darkness set into the waters that Anishar had never seen. Anishar encountered something unlike he had seen. Another god, Drusilla. She was a god of Darkness and harbinger of negativity. Anishar, being empathetic, drew towards this new being before him, captured by the contrast she had from him. Intrigued. Drusilla brought him to the world above. He was in awe, overflowing with gratitude for Drusilla. She saw the naivete in him; a chance for manipulation and a way to broaden her own reign that she had been building for a century. She granted Anishar sovereignty over the Anah gulf province and the islands surrounding. There, he took it upon himself to connect with the people there, gaining the people's affection through mass mind melding, he fed off of their emotions, harnessing them and increasing his power. These actions may have been misplaced, but they were benevolent. He taught them to trust the water, and gave them means to traverse even the most dangerous waters, creating The Flotilla of Anishar, spanning their reach across the Kidron waters and into other lands, increasing trade and connecting their land with others. Drusilla soon envied Anishar's success and loyalty of his followers, seeing as she was getting pushed to the back burner. Deciding it was time to take back control, she lured Anishar back to the place were they had met. The dark depths of the ocean; a level playing field. She pulled him in close and with the darkness of her being she conjured hooks and drove them into his flesh, holding him to the sea floor. She intended to meld powers and harness his abilities of manipulation. After the initial shock of being betrayed, Anishar understood her motives. Anishar saw no other alternative. With a heavy chest, Anishar said goodbye to Drusilla, confessing his love, then forced the pressure of the oceans depths to crush her. He returned to the Anah gulf and to his people, who reported to him that a large majority of his people had turned into lifeless husks. Only about 1/4 of his population remained and Anishar could not bear the devastation. He understood that the power it took to destroy Drusilla had taken the emotional power of his followers. As punishment and for the protection of his people in the future, he banished himself back to the center of the Kidron Ocean on the sea floor, bound and emotionless. This way, they could thrive without him hurting them any further. His people abandoned the Anah gulf and salvaged the Flotilla. Drusilla's followers were influenced to join up with the Flotilla and follow Anishar, though many of them held the beliefs of both gods. After many years, after repopulating the Flotilla, they found it in their best interest to stay on the waters where they were protected, building the floating port city of Drusilla's End in the center of the black waters of the Kidron, which little to no outsiders have visited. Anishar now helps his people through select vessels, guided by logic and reason, rather than emotion; taking advantage of the currents of water and emotion when they see fit. Personality: Emotionless, logical. Takes great value in mortal life however. Other: -Anishar has a deep emotional connection with his followers. Anyone who regards his abilities and recognizes his power automatically shares his emotions. -His people are often referred to as Anarian, as they all originally come from the lands once ruled by Drusilla, the Kingdoms of Anah. -It could be said that although the Anarian peoples are known to be emphatic on caring for ones neighbors and such, they have a tendency to appear pretentious when they deal with other races and the like. This may be caused by their infatuation to Anishar, seeing their god as above the rest, morally speaking.

Name: Flotilla of Anishar, Drusilla's End Location: Water based. Drucilla's End is located in the center of the back waters, directly above the bound Anishar. The Flotilla of Anishar travels throughout the reaches of the Kidron Ocean to make trade and acts as a hub between other nations and Drucilla's End. Government: The Council of Drusilla's End. It consists of 12 members elected democratically within the 7 districts of Drucilla's End and the 5 sections of the Flotilla, so the representation is deemed fair. The Council makes decisions with the Flotilla to branch out and better the population. The Flotilla, over the years has almost governed itself and some even think they should separate themselves completely from Drusilla's End. The relationship between the worshipers of the now bound Anishar and the worshipers or the now dead Drusilla are not and never were an issue and they have mingled in peace for hundreds of years now and many if not all of the Anarian people now worship Anishar and Drusilla to a certain degree. They are a very agreeable society. There are of course many rogue ships who still worship the two gods, but seek a life outside the Flotilla and Drusilla's end. These are often powerful independent ships commissioned normally for scouting missions by the Flotilla. They are often only seeking coin and are under no regulation from the Council. Dominant race: Relatively average humans, but descendants of the Remaining, the last fourth that remained after Anishar's discourse with Drusilla, are often slightly different in appearance. They have slight discoloration on their skin (blues and greens mostly) and often certain areas of their skin in need of protection are slightly scaled. Other races: The other races that reside with the Remaining are the descendants of Drusilla's followers that joined up with the Flotilla after their goddess's death. They more often than not reside mostly at Drusilla's End and have relatively darker features. Black hair and naturally black bones, teeth and nails included. Wild Flora/fauna: The obvious fish and birds. Often gulls will travel alongside the Flotilla. On Drusilla's End, red meat just isn't an option so there is no need for pasture and instead focus is on fishery and fruits and vegetables in artificial gardens within the settlement. Specialization: Seafaring and general resourcefulness. Being stranded on the ocean and being able to thrive takes some constitution given to them from Anishar. They also have a particularly efficient defensive navy. National History: When the people of Anah's gulf, suffered the loss of 3/4 of their people, they turned to Anishar and understood what he had to do, accepting the deaths of their people. After Anishar locked himself away at the bottom of the ocean, the remaining Anarians in the gulf turned to their once kind, albeit rather macabre neighbors. The followers of Drusilla had just lost their god due to theirs, but the teachings of Drusilla were often taught to respect those greater, and so they willingly left their homeland with the Remaining and helped build Drusilla's End in tribute to their goddess. Alliances: The Empire of Ullanor has been a reliable trading source for The Flotilla for a little over a century. Enemies: There are no countries that have yet caused a major diplomatic stir for the Flotilla and the End's Council. 'Only minor disagreements that the Anarian's just avoid, such as the Haramonian Empire's general nature. Notable People: Name: Chesil An active captain of the largest offensive ship within the Flotilla.
