Basically, everyone is assigned a number.
In OOC, I will tell which character got King. They will make an IC post explaining who they picked and what they have to do. THEN I'll announce OOC which two characters the king picked. The way this works is your character will look at their number but you will never directly say what number it is. 

'Lily looked down at her stick and sighed. [i]Why do I always seem to get that number?[/i] 

She perked her head up, looking around to see who had gotten the King.'
