[i]I actually question that myself.[/i] Tetsuya thought. Referring to Emi's ability to cooperate without him around. [i]Either way we seem to be in.[/i] His inner monologue voiced, as Lorenzo called for the ceremony to start. Smaller demons came into the room with what looked like sake and a few cups. [i]Doesn't look too complicated.[/i] The smaller demons pulled out two chairs for the so called couple to sit in. They motioned for them to step forward and take their seats which they quickly did. 

[i]I can't believe this..... Just when he was all mine, I have to share him again? Kenji... he lied? I might have to have a talk with the man. Tetsuya doesn't need any commitments besides me? How could he do this to me? I just don't see why.[/i] Emi raged inside. None of this seemed right to her. She pulled on Tetsuya's arm and gave him a pleading look as they sat down. [i]It's not too late to back out honey. We can walk away from this.[/i]

He saw the pleading look Emi was giving him. No matter how bad she didn't want to, he couldn't walk away from this opportunity. He needed the power to kill her. The only feasible way was through Lorenzo and Kenji. He needed this pact. He didn't think he could last more than a day alone with that psychopath anyways. Another reason why he needed the two in front of him. Demon road blocks. If she wanted to do what she did to his parents, she'd have to go through those two. For some reason, he could still see it happen, demon body guards or no. He needed a reason to make her drink and accept this pact. [i]Think Tetsuya, think![/i] 

[i]Ha! Got it![/i] He turned to Emi and said,"Emi, lets make this pact a toast as well. A toast to our future together. A toast to let nothing come between us and to let it bring us both happiness in all forms." More word vomit. He'd say whatever he needed to as long as it got him one step closer to finish this girl. He glanced down at the pink haired freak to his left. She was absolutely glowing. [i]So easy to manipulate, I'd almost feel bad if she didn't kill my whole family.[/i]

[i]This might not be so bad.[/i] Emi thought as Tetsuya spoke. [i]Nothing can come between us now. I'm so happy.[/i] She looked down and blushed.
