Tell you guys what, there won't be many NPCs from the US. I'll just put it down to the US sending most of the assets she's willing to shell out at one go.

RPCWhite, your character sheet isn't much different from the last time. Had that Marty Stu feeling and slightly undercooked. But you know what? It's not inconceivable that such relatively perfect people exist in UNXIPU, considering that UNXIPU is requesting the best of the best (though it's not getting it half the time). I'm still expecting character development though.
