Nice to see another Elven nation, even if it's lacking the most [i]civilized[/i] variety of Elves. Also, what are 'Halflings'? Whatever they are, I suppose they're worth zero race points.

3 (Eldar) + 3 (Dark Elves) + 3 (Wild Elves) + 3 (Dryads) + 6 (Treemen) would max out your race points at 18.
