Vick read through the new quest notification, closing it with some distaste. He didn't find the idea very comfortable at all. He looked to Prince to hear his thoughts on the matter, "Uh...no thanks..." He murmured until Prince went on, talking about how he wouldn't force him, which made Vick a little less worried. Then he talked about what would happen if the buccaneer won. "U-Uh..." His face had gone back to it's cherry like state. His brain scattered in many different directions.

He looked for ways to diffuse what was happening, simultaneously he also ran through different situations, and his face continued to get flustered. Fixing his glasses with some distracted effort he looked to the stage nervously. 

[i]I can enter...if I win he won't...[/i]

His pride loss from entering the pageant wasn't seeming as large as the confusion he would receive if Prince won. "M-maybe..." He didn't know if he should finish the sentence. Doing so might lock him into something he would regret. [i] I might not even win...[/i] He began rubbing his right arm in a sad attempt to distract himself. This game was hard for a reason he really didn't expect...

A voice came from his side, drawing his attention to the man. A person with black hair, blue eyes and white clothes. He seemed to have some friendly aura about him. He asked Vick about joining up, saying it would be better of they both did.

Vick looked a bit panicked to Prince. 

Maybe he was just destine to do it...

"O-okay..." 

He sheepishly went to the mans side, waiting for his turn to sign up. 

"Uh...you can call me Vick if you'd like..." He watched as the man wan walked to start preparing. 

"Uh, yeah..Just a moment..." He took to signing himself up with some nervous and dry throated meandering with the NPC.

He went to follow after the player known as Silver Soldier. Looking back every so often to see how far Prince was.

invisible, any enemy sees a reflection of what is behind them 
instead. the mirror can take 
minimal damage before breaking. Negative flip: The caster is 
unable to see enemies for a short while. [30 sp] 

Call it: Positive flip: The enemy takes damage based on casters 
luck stat. Negative flip: User takes damage based on their luck 
stat. [20 sp]

Jig: Positive flip: Up to three allies are buffed with bonus 
defense and luck. Negative flip: The caster is debuffed 
defensively and silenced for a short
