I took the doofy looking helmet off of Isam's uniform =P Figured it was a bit much. 

He still wears a mask to hide his ID from the general public, though. I figure that, before the Rebirth thing, SHIELD could have had him working as an under cover agent to bust up terrorist cells. He may or may not still do a little of that on the side.
