On the march. Unless you want to stay in the OOC for five weeks.

I've left it deliberately vague so that we could all take a degree of responsibility and creative licence over it. No one likes to be wholly constricted by the ideas of others. It works quite well, trust me. (Famous last words).

That's for you to decide my friend. I'd imagine there'd be several varieties, if you want cutting-edge military grade muskets for your soldiers, I see no problem with that.

I for one am planning on Kyle to pick up a musket/revolver hybrid pistol. So you know, whatever. I would urge we keep away from Gatling guns and any other automatic weapons; ideally the tribals need to be a threat, haha.

There's still time. I doubt anyone's opening post is going to effect anyone else directly, except for the two who are sharing a start location. I'm off to sleep now anywhos, just get your sheet up and I'll add it at some point tomorrow. I'm going on a brief holiday (don't worry, my trusty laptop is coming with me), so I can't say when exactly that'd be, but probably the afternoon/evening.

Having played with you before, and knowing you're a reasonable fellow who generally doesn't f**k things up, I have no problem with you jumping in right away before I've added you to the player list, if that's of any help.

EDIT: If you're unable to get a sheet up by today/tomorrow, then don't fret. You're in this RP, there's a nice cosy chair pulled out for you. It's a big island, if your sky ship crashes a few days after the others, it shouldn't upset anything.

Here's my NS:

Crash Site: 37
Items Salvaged:
-Medical Supplies
-Guns
-Seeds
Leader's Name: Ronan
Leader's Age: 18
Leader's Appearance: Ronan's shaggy hair falls almost to his shoulders. It is a raven black, as dark as the heart of night. Occasionally it will shine with grease from the lack of a long overdue shower. His skin is pale, dotted with freckles. He is tall, standing at 6'4. He is lanky, but slightly muscular. His eyes are an ice blue, with an ability to almost stare into your soul. Many people find these extremely disconcerting. Ronan wears a tattered jacket and a pair of old boots, which were once his most prized possessions.
Leader's Occupation: Orphan
Leader's Mentality: Ronan is a good man, overall. He is honorable and kind. He looks out for those who can't care for themselves. He takes in the weak and the wounded, the young and the helpless. He doesn't take in the sick, though. It is his duty to take care of those who look up to him. He will not endanger them for the sake of a doomed outsider. Ronan does not trust any adults. They were the ones who destroyed our world, who had let things get so bad. They were the ones who abandoned the kids to save themselves. Ronan will not immediately kill an adult, but if he's needs to, he will not think twice. To him, those he is in charge of comes first, no matter what.
Amount of Survivors: 75
Survivors: Ronan's rag-tag group of survivors are all kids. From 1-18, Ronan has taken them in when nobody else would. It had started when Ronan had led his fellow orphans to the airfield. But then, when the skyships came down, other children were abandoned by their families and protectors, left to fend for themselves. Ronan would not leave them behind. They do not accept any adults, but anybody under the age of 18 is gladly welcomed.

Site 18 is awesome, must be a nudist area or something and that's why everyone wants it.

Anyway, I'm off on holiday within the hour, so I can't update the map to reflect this yet BUT:

Hyperdrive made a mistake in his SGS, and wanted site 54, not 45. I have allowed for this change.

So to clarify, site 45 is now free. Site 54 is now taken.

I'll see you all later tonight. Happy trails.

Great. So far my holiday has been limited to following my GF around clothes shops (because you know, we can't do it at home?) and battling premier inn for an internet connection. Was tense. I won.

I was asked why the water purifying equipment was needed to fix the broken life carrier. I put it there, because I figured the steam powered generator would require filtered water to run at maximum efficiency. Was this a logical notion?

No. So long as the water is fresh and free of large debris it should run fine.

That'll teach me for venturing near steampunk. Alright, I'll have to think of something else. Wanted players to have to gain at least one other item from someone else before getting it operational.
