I had them rebuild the Nuka-cola plant, the botanical gardens (for mutation-free plants), a mega-church, a junkyard, the Atlanta Underground, an orchard and a vineyard. I was going to have the Enclave survivors in the area capture an old vault, fix it up, then lock themselves in so that they can protect themselves from the uncivilized wastelanders while they repopulate. All except the Enclave trade extensively with each other.
A vault city would work well. I need someone to make high-grade stuff.
