Skills: - Inventor: He can create a large variety of things, though he has a bad habit of making things that have a bit more style then substance. Generally good working with and repairing electronics.
 
 - Pilot: Does it have an engine? He can probably figure out how to drive it. His small size is sometimes an obstacle but he usually finds a way to make it work.
 
 - Acrobatic: Rumble is quite light on his feet. Rollerblading, dancing, this kid does it all. While he is hard to catch, overall this doesn't convert well into combat ability. He has flashy fighting moves but his tiny limbs are a huge obstacle in delivering smack downs like the champ he is. 

Powers: Sensitive ears and nose similar to a dog's. That's just about it, unless you can count over the top stylishness and charm to be a supernatural ability. He does. However, the robot he pilots, the "Venator Rex" is a robot he designed himself with quite a few tricks up it's sleeves. 

 - Drill: Doesn't need much explanation. He has a drill arm that can be used to bust or otherwise burrow through things. Pretty destructive, but mostly fun to use. Rumble spends a lot of time replacing drill bits on his machine just because of how quickly he tends to wear them out.

 - Flamethrower: Does what it says on the tin. It fires flames out in a cone. It is said that Rumble packed the thing with various chemicals to make the flames look pretty, but it doesn't improve their performance and most people would say it's a silly waste of resources. Looking good has a price to pay. In other atmospheres this flamethrower could turn stone to magma, but in this lame oxygen and nitrogen based atmosphere it's not much more effective then a human made flamethrower. Did he mention earth atmosphere was lame?

- Drill Missiles: Their missiles, but with drills. It's unknown why the drill head was a necessary edition, but no one can argue that they don't look cool. 

- Force Field: Venator has a force field generator within his robot that can help to absorb attacks. This force field can't withstand repeated blows and drains his suits power, rendering his weapons and other systems unusable until he disables it or it breaks. If the shield shatters it will fry his robots circuits and drain his battery, which makes Rumble a sitting duck. He also hasn't been able to keep up with his insurance payments and it's annoying fixing things with his own measly funds on earth.

- Propulsion System: The Venator Rex was once a vessel capable of interplanetary travel and could take him to other galaxies in a matter of hours. However, this propulsion system requires a special type of fuel not found on earth or any of it's nearby planets, basically sticking Rumble on earth until his kind find him. His suit will take earth regulation jet fuel, but this doesn't make his suit capable of anything more then quick bursts of speed. Space travel was cool, man.

- Specter Gloves: The most recent addition to Venator, the robot can swap it's drill, flamethrower or both for a set of hands allowing it to grab and manipulate things. Better yet, he's invented the specter gloves, a pair of high tech gloves that will make his robot mimic his hand gestures. These gloves even give tactile feedback to simulate actually touching things; handy for delivering smack down with his own hands or playing rock paper scissors against giants. A common problem he has.

Personality: Rumble is a showoff. A gigantic showboating showoff who loves to show how cool he is. He is pretty cool, don't get me wrong, but nobody can be as cool as his super hero alter ego requires. He would need to achieve immortality and study for many many moons to become so cool. He's working on it though. 

Underneath his impenetrable shield of an ego also lies a very intelligent mind who loves to build things, just like any other of his kind. However, he's very short tempered and impatient. He sometimes has trouble with authority and taking orders, but he always does his best to act for the greater good. While he mostly uses his superhero identity to showboat even more then he normally does, his ideals are very much in line with that of justice and doing the right thing. It's just important that he tries to put others before himself more often since he can be selfish from time to time

Backstory: Back in Rumble's home planet he's something of a young superstar. With the assistance of his inventions he had developed a reputation for fighting crime and looking good whilst doing it. He had it all; money, fame, his face was also on 15 brands of tooth paste, cereal boxes, and many other things. However, he wasn't one to just sit idly by while crime in other places happened so he would travel. It is said by certain members of his race that Rumble was simply too young to be in the spotlight and that all the attention would rush to his head. He was a smart kid but eventually he was going to push things too hard, and knowing our intrepid hero he of course did.

Rumble was chasing down a notorious space pirate fleet in the space between galaxies, light years away from any inhabitable planet. A large battle ensued. Rumble was completely outmatched and outgunned. Despite his skill piloting his mech the pirates were simply too much for him, and they escaped, leaving Rumble behind with a damaged mech, little remaining fuel and a lot of shame. His navigation system was in shambles, so his only option was to move in a random direction and stew over how awful of a job he had done in the feint hope someone would find him. He went through space for days until he ran out of fuel, but fortunately earth had him in it's gravitational pull and he was brought down, flaming and smoldering towards the planet below. 

Since then Rumble has be adjusting to life among humans while working on a way to return home. Venator had to go through some significant downgrades since earth lacked some of the materials required for his parts, but he's happy with the result. Things have been pretty stable, he liked earth just fine, but he was going to tear his fur out in boredom if he didn't find something exciting to do while he tries to find a way home. [/hider]

I understand that he is technically a character that already exists, but this version of him is based on an unlock able skin that has no real back story or lore. I was toying with an alien race idea for a long time, and while I had some ideas I decided that this was basically what I wanted it to be. I spent a lot of time trying to come up with a different concept until my brain said "SCREW THIS LISTEN TO YOUR HEART MAN." My heart thought the idea was pretty righteous so I went with it. I get it if you don't want to accept it for that reason though.
