[hider=Description]Viktor is an average-looking man about 5'10" tall, broad of shoulder and well-muscled. His golden-brown colored hair is close cropped and kept trimmed, yet occasionally greasy due to a lack of hygiene. His face, likewise, is more often than not covered in varying layers of scruff; giving him a weathered, untidy appearance. His narrow eyes are perhaps his most interesting feature, colored a bright silvery-green, providing an air of mystery to his otherwise plain, yet gruff appearance.[/hider]

Occupation- Courier

Skills- Highly proficient in hand-to-hand combat (lethal and non-lethal tactics), skilled marksmanship, specifically with revolvers and handguns, above-average physical strength, sustained running and acrobatics, adept with machinery and technology, charismatic, resourceful. 

District- Lives in the Residential District, but his work carries him to all the Districts to carry packages/deliver messages.

Weapons/Armor- Viktor's only weapon consists of a six-chambered revolver handed down to him from his father. The only form of bodily protection he has is his thick leather coat, kneepads, and a breathing mask he wears both to protect his face and shield his mouth/nose from the chemical waste.

[hider=Fighting Style]Though not an active seeker of combat, Viktor has been in his fair share of battles during his frequent passes through the seedier parts of the City. His brute strength and durability allow him to excel in hand-to-hand combat, mimicking a style that mixes together street fighting and amateur boxing with more dirtier tactics. Quick on his feet, Viktor is able to move quickly around his opponent in hopes of catching them off guard, and is able to dodge or evade at an above-average level. Viktor uses his environment to his advantage and will pick up anything that he could possibly use as a weapon or distraction, hoping to end fights as quickly and painlessly as possible.

[b][u]NOTE:[/b][/u] Viktor's pulmonary fibrosis dampens his stamina and sends him into fits of coughing if forced to exert too much stress. Because of this, he cannot hope to win any fight that lasts longer than a few minutes at most.[/hider]

Special Information: Due to years of delivering packages to and from the Manufacturing District and Maintenance Command, Viktor has developed pulmonary fibrosis; the scarring in his lungs only worsening as more time is spent in the smog-filled Districts. Viktor is not expected to survive longer than a few years and relies on sparsely-carried medicine to curb the symptoms.
