I'm fine with either one, I personally have only ever watched the English dubbed anime so :P

and you can be any branch you want for now, but later on in the RP all the action will be outside the walls with the Scouts so you can either transfer when the time comes OR we'll find a way to explain your presence (maybe the Scouts bring a Garrison artillery crew or an MP intelligence officer?)
