"People are born with a monster inside them, but many turn a blind eye to it. They cover their eyes from the suffering of others who are beneath them, say pretty words and pretend they care, but they do nothing. I had to be born the monster, in order to fight monsters so we could survive . That's more than anyone else did for us." "You call me a monster, but you're just as bad. You're just too blind to see it." Name: Cat Age: 22 Height/Weight: 7'0, 220 lb Years at the Blackwing Apartments: 1 Apartment Number: 3F Room Description: Cat takes the biggest room with two closets. His room is pretty empty but somewhat clean. Free from clutter. He keeps some neatly stacked books in his left closet while the right has a metal pipe and a ragged backpack. Otherwise, his room is pretty much empty minus his futon. The rest of the house is also pretty empty. The kitchen has one pot and pan as well as two bowls. Odd Traits: He enjoys the sight of blood, but to avoid hurting others he instead will cut himself if the urge emerges. Sometimes will go out and kill some rats, bugs, or any small creature that most would kill anyway. He likes sleeping on his stomach. Poor and self taught educated. Psychotically insane. Physical Description: Cat has messy black hair that is soft to the touch, though raggedy thanks to years of I care. He has copper colored skin. His body is littered with scars, wears black fingerless gloves with some small silver spikes around the knuckles. He has a muscular toned body from years of physical exertion but he's pretty lean and agile. On his chest he has a large stab scar to the stomach, a large cut scar going from shoulder to shoulder and a few other cut and gun shot scars here and there. His left shoulder has a cut in scar marking him 'Xlll' Personality: One would call this man a true born psychopath. He's calm and collected, hardly ever seeming to react to anything or be bothered. The good points he has is he is calm, brave, hardworking, full of determination, and is a excellent fighter. His bad points however are pretty severe. He lacks much humanity, uncaring of the suffering of others. In fact, he enjoys it and acts like a kid with candy by it. Lacking in mercy and the scale of what is right or wrong, it doesn't matter what or who is in his way on the path of survival. Murdering a child or killing someone to fill a daily meal doesn't bother him. He's pretty smart and won't just jump in a situation in which will mean pointlessly dying. Very little interest in people, he isn't social and rarely talks to others, preferring to simply ignore them. The only one he seems to care for is his twin sister. Even though he can sometimes be cruel to her, he cares quite a deal about her and is probably the only reason he isn't completely unstable. After retiring from his life as a thug, he's somewhat attempting to recover from his psychotic mind with the assistance of his sister, but so far he mostly ends up just avoiding people and letting his twin handle people. So he spends his days alone in his room reading books. Background: Cat was born in the world of dark alleys of the city along with his twin sister. Born secretly among a gang, him and his sibling grew up as thugs. They never met their parents, nor did Cat care. Their names given as code names instead of actual human names, they were brought up to be the best of the best in stealing, smuggling, and violence. Cat fit in with the atmosphere fine, uncaring what he stole or from who since the age of eight. His twin on the other hand had a bit more difficulty. Hard on her, he forced her to do whatever their group wanted, while also making her swear to be a man instead of a weak girl. Believing in order for them to survive, they would have to become men and be the strongest. As they grew up, they had minimal education, barely able to read and write, but as they grew, so did their jobs. Stealing turned to violence, and Cat reveled in it. Fighting proved his strength, and the suffering of others misfortune felt like something of a reality check for others. His twin however mostly only stuck with stealing and did not share the same depth of passion for violence. Instead his twin dreamed of a normal life. At the ages of nineteen, Cat granted his twin's wishes and they ran away, ending up fleeing from their violent lives. Having no where to go, they simply roamed, surviving on scraps on the street. It was then they found the Blackwing Apartments, in which they stayed for a year. Cat mostly avoiding other people while his sister tried to get some work in order to repay the kindness of the landlord. Other: He's pretty smart street wise and he does know how to read better than his sibling, but he lacks human interaction knowledge. So he has trouble expressing if he actually does like someone or not. Personality Notes: -Is mostly always neutral. Not really hating or liking anything. -Brutally honest. -Lacks the sense pity and mercy. -Has a hard time expressing or understanding emotions. -Often is cursed bloodlust, which mostly results into cutting himself to avoid hurting others. -Likes milk. -Likes climbing buildings, or trees. -Likes being in high places. -He enjoys walking around at night and takes various naps throughout the day. -Likes his head stroked, though will avoid it mostly. -Sensitive ears, reacts oddly when touched. -Likes sleeping on his stomach. -Travels from balcony to balcony at night. -Tends to smack his twin a lot, but usually restrains himself with others. -Reads books from time to time. -Favorite food is fish. Especially salmon or cod. May be a threat, looks as though he knows battle. Could be a interesting blood bath if it comes down to it." Cat: ... ♥/♦Dog: "My twin sister. She's foolish, loud, and too overly friendly with strangers that could be a potential threat. Let's herself open and smiles for no good reason, but she is my only true family. The only one that understands me. Yet she still loves and fears me. So I suppose one can call that a love. Whatever that is." ○Erin Keller: "Uninterested. She seems to be maimed so not a threat. Seems to avoid too much contact with men, even nervous around Dog. Good point to keep in mind in case she causes trouble. Otherwise, don't care." ○Alice White: "Uninterested. Not a threat. From what I see from the roof, she seems to dress a bit oddly. Colorful though. Slightly hurts my eyes." ○Amelia Perrault: "Uninterested. Not a threat. Never heard her speak, perhaps just quiet. She hangs out with Dog a lot so I see her often. She even comes over to our room. Course, she seems to get a little nervous if he's around but that's how people usually react. As long as she doesn't bother him or Dog, she can do whatever since my twin seems happy to have a friend." ○Estelle "Stella" Adams: "Uninterested. Not a threat. By how she moves, she seems to not be able to see. Doubtful she will cause trouble but I won't hold my breathe to someone who can listen well." ○Mackenzie Cole: "Uninterested. Not a threat. She reminds me a little of Dog... With ten cups of coffee. By what I've seen her with Dog, she's too clingy and affectionate. Best to avoid to avoid smothering. But guess I'm sorta used to it with Dog. I don't get why some people like can get this way. Whatever though, as long as if she isn't planning to slit our throats, I don't give a damn." ○Leslie "Nevermore" Axelfeild: "Uninterested. Not a threat. He lives next door so it's fairly easy to hear him. He seems to think he's four people. Not my business though, I don't really care what's up in his head. I'm not really any better." ○Cody Mensah: "Uninterested. Not a threat. He seems, from what I can tell, what someone would call nice. Dog seems to like him at least. Kinda want to see his reaction if I ripped a piece of hIs hair out. But Dog would get upset and through a tantrum." ○Lucy Coure: "Uninterested. Not a threat. From what I've seen from her interactions with others, she is what one would call a brat. It amuses me simply because she would have been dead a long time ago if she grew up on the street like me and Dog. Mhmm wonder how she would like it if I gave her the treatment we got? Too bad Dog disagrees. She only continues to spoil the kid. But if that kid tries anything with me, I won't hesitate to deck her. Why do people even treat kids like their something special?"

"I was born in a different world then others, that 'normal' people call me weird. They don't understand and perhaps never will. But is it so wrong to wish for at least to have a taste of their life?" Name: Dog Age: 22 Height/Weight: 6'0, 150 lb Years at Blackwing Apartments: 1 Apartment Number: 3F Room Description: Dog's room is relatively messy compared to everything else in the apartment room. Clothing scattered around as well as a bag and a few old dirty boxes filled with mostly junk she fines on the streets. Odd Traits: She's poor and uneducated. Currently she still insists she's a guy and still dresses like one. Physical Description: Messy dirty blonde hair, ragged due to lack of care. Has darker copper brown skin. Lean skinny figure with a toned body standing around 6'0. Dresses in baggy boy clothes. Wears tight bandages around the chess and a tank top under her black t shirt along with a bulky old dark brown raggedy jacket. Wears black gloves and holed up brown sneakers. It's hard to tell she's a girl thanks to her flat chest, her height, and the bandages strapping her chest in. As well as how her voice sounds husky and dry, almost broken since she screamed loudly and constantly as a little kid just so she could ruin it to sound more like a boy. Has a scar on her left shoulder marking her 'Vlll' Personality: Unlike her brother, Dog is much more friendly. She is kind hearted, dependable, strong willed, a strong fighter and marksman, and socialable. However she's stubborn and hard headed, more likely to run into a dangerous situation rather than thinking it through. She's a little bit of a hot head and doesn't usually take no for a answer. Despite her history, she doesn't like doing what she feels is wrong, and usually ends up letting her twin do everything for her when it comes to tough decisions and violence. Having wanting to change her ways, she tends to believe what others say and give them the benefit of the doubt. She's quite lacking when it comes to economics, politics, money, and a lot of things normal people know. Her brother being more clever in more dangerous situations. Sometimes she acts a bit like a child, mostly around her brother. Background: Mostly the same as Cat. She grew up as a boy due to her brothers forcement. Being threatened that he would leave her if she didn't become strong like a man. Her twin being the only family, she stuck to him like glue and made sure he didn't go too far in his violent habits. Other: She adores food, especially sweets Personality Notes: -Likes sweets. -Likes food. -Likes animals. -Likes cuddling and hugs. -Fear of being alone. -Fear of vacuum. -Fear of needles. -Likes her head patted. -Usually habitat talks in a deep manner. -Likes watching girls, seeing what a normal should behave like. -A slob. -Tends to talk a lot. -Insists she's a guy usually. -Cannot cook to save her life. I'm trying to work hard so I can at least pay a little of the rent for the generous hospitality."[" ○Adonis "Andy" Ring: "I hardly see him since he's always in his room. Cat sees him more often from the roof and down to his balcony. I almost feel a bit akin to this person, since in a way we both crossdress. He's really good at it, honestly it took Cat pointing it out to me that he was really a guy. He seems pretty cool though and I always take the chance to say hello." ○Isam Hajjar: "He just got here, so I'm not sure what to make of him. He seems pretty strong though." ♥/♦Cat: "My twin brother. He's a tall scary person and he doesn't talk much, and yeah he tends to beat me up when I be too much for him, but he's my only family. He's also the person who worked so hard to have us survive this long. Honestly I don't think I could have done it without him. He did everything, all those horrible things, for our safety and survival. He made me eat the stray dogs and cats he caught and skinned so I wouldn't starve, he forced me to play as a man so I people would be deterred from raping me... Yes, he is cruel and cold, but I know deep down he cares. I just wish I could help him discover humanity, give him the sense of morality. I wish I could even find him love so he would have someone other than me who loves and cherishes him for who he was. But even I don't know if that's possible with the way he is." Dog: Heeey it's me! ○/♦Erin Keller: "It's kinda cool seeing someone so maimed. Those I've seen in such a similar situation usually end up dead. Seeing her brings back some bad memories of Cat doing jobs that required such maiming.... Or just for fun. But still I'd like to be her friend, but she seems to avoid me as much as possible. Am I that scary?" ♦/○Alice White: "Odd but kinda fun. I enjoy her unique style of colorful clothing. She looks at me kinda funny though sometimes. Wonder why?" ♦Amelia Perrault: "She's quite but I still love hanging out with her. It appears to be mute , but since I'm used to not receiving answers, it feels normal making conversation anyway. I feel bad that Cat seems to make her nervous but that can't be helped. He's naturally intimidating even if he isn't intending on hurting anyone. Still, it's great hanging out with her. She's kinda cute too. If i exactly knew what it was when it came to liking someone, I may have asked her out, but heh I'm not exactly experienced with that kind of stuff. Plus Cat kinda ruins any chance of that." ♦Estelle "Stella" Adams: "It took me a bit, but after a few days I realized she was blind. Cat seemed to figure it out but he's always had a good eye when watching people from the roof. She's nice though and I enjoy talking with her. It seems she's figured out I was a girl though, guess it's hard to hide everything. I know I probably don't have to hide my gender so much now that I'm older, but still it worries me." ♦Mackenzie Cole: "She is quite energetic and talks a lot, a different sort that I'm not quite used too since Cat doesn't talk quite so much. Still I find it fun hanging out with her." ♦Leslie "Nevermore" Axelfeild: "Overall he's pretty sweet, weird, but that doesn't mean he's bad. After all me and Cat are weirdo's too. Heck everyone here is pretty much weird. It took a bit to get used to the changing persona's, but it's kinda fun." ♦Cody Mensah: "He's pretty nice, easy to talk to. He calls himself a witch, which I find interesting. I'd like to learn more. It's something different." ♦Lucy Coure: "Awe she's so cute! You can tell she's spoiled, quite a odd sight since I'm so used to.. Well ya know, starving crying children, but hey so I get to see what a more normal kid is like. She may be a bit demanding, but I still enjoy observing her. It would be nice if me and Cat had such a life where we could of been spoiled... Even a little."
