I didn't know the "Timelords" were actually classified as rare. I would have guessed they were, but I didn't have a confirmation. With that information, I will say no more than one apiece due to rarity rather than legality limitations. Then you'd probably missing two or three from the collection (likely meaning you'd be missing Sephylon, which would be the most rare). Once again, nothing to do with legality. Everything to do with rarity. You'd probably have to have some kind of story behind the ones you've collected. Then others you may be able to collect as the RP progresses.

In the end it may be easier to go with a different kind of Deck, but I'll leave it to you.

@ Scar: Love the updates. This Deck has just a touch of generic (such as "Book of Moon", "Pot of Greed", "Mystical Space Typhoon", etc.) But it still has the central focus of Fairy-Type. I think "Nova Summoner" is definitely a great addition.
