Not even reclaiming my territory. The states are still part of the US, I consider the populations and governments of those states to be in rebellion.

The South was a legitimate country in it's own right. Even if the rest of the world didn't agree.

Yep we will start talking whenever the coalition is ready.
The allies believe you started the war (Which is debateable) and so don't mind stopping whenever your ready to.
At least this was my understanding of the Allies intentions but I cant speak for all of us.

Sealand is not legally a country, though. It claims to be, but it is not recognized by any state. You can't say "I'm a country" and automatically become one.

I hadn't heard of the Sahrawi Republic, but quick research revealed that it's only a partially recognized state. By the looks of it, it's in a very complicated situation where many countries have recognized it, but a lot have also either not recognized it, or withdrawn their recognition. It's not really comparable to Sealand though.

Personally I find it completely ridiculous...

Because the French said: "F' this!" to the French government and refused to go. :D True story.
