Skills/Traits: The Kistsune is a trickster, everything he knows works to confuse and disorient. He can assume peoples personality’s to a tee, mimic voices and disguise himself as anyone he pleases. He has an extensive knowledge of psychology that has fooled others he has powers of mind control with how accurate and effective it is. He is a capable fighter, although he usually lets others fight for him. He has rudimentary skills with guns and has a penchant for bombs and other things that cause collateral damage. 

Personality: Chaos personified, the Fox is a Trickster. He loves mayhem and chaos and goes to great extents to be both unpredictable and unreasonable in his actions. He is unstable yet everything he does is methodical. He values collateral damage and mass spread dissonance over profit, his plans always ending in some sort of large scale scene of destruction. He is a compulsive liar and backstabber, a sociopath that shows little to no emotion aside from glee and rage at any given time. He has however, undeniable charisma that attracts people to him and his vision, be it for profit or in awe of his strange mind. 

History: Not a great deal is known about The Foxs past as he has not been around for all that long all things considered. No, The fox came to town only a few years ago, unknown when and how exactly. Likely, he was hiding amongst the human immigrants that came to the city, hiding himself among the mundane.

 However, it likely didn't take to long for him to adapt to the American way of life. And learning how to exploit it. From the moment he set a foot on the streets of Arcadia, he seemingly had a purpose. The first ever incident was the murder of two corrupt cops who was on the Lagatti familys payroll. The Lagatti were powerfull and nobody thought anyone would move on them. among the immigrant people began to speak of “The Kitsune”, a fearless trickster from the old country. Meanwhile he went out of his way to recruit anyone insane enough to challenge the established rule and amongst his first recruits was the Dullahan, a biker who had thing for decapitation. 

Kitsune, the incredibly twisted person that he is, made this cold blooded killer his his second in command. He reasoned that nobody would question him if Dullahan was his enforcer. He also conviced different gangs, like the wolves, to serve as his footsoldiers. His influence grew so rapidly it startled everyone from the police to rival gangs and mobsters. Decapitated bodies began to pile up in the morgue as would be opponents to the Kitsune kept getting hit no matter where they were hiding or how much protection they had. 

Kitsune was not one to be suicidal however, he knew not even he could wage war on an entire city by his lonesome. He made a pact with Snow White the moment the killings began. She let him do as he pleased and allowed him access to her weapon cachés, and her operation would be spared the carnage. The deal worked out well for them both, Snow White became a undisputed Mob queen as the old families and syndicates fell to the unpredictable and untraceable Kitsune. And Kitsune, by westerners referred to as The Fox, became a living legend. Snow Whites goons were cleaning up the strays and and hitting the weakened factions one by one in the meanwhile, consolidating her power. 

The city fell into a state of chaos for a while. Nobody knew how to stop it, and from the chaos a new reign of terror had emerged. Snow White as the Queen of the underworld and the Kitsune as a shadowy figure that plagued the citizens mind. At this point, police finally began to take their new menace seriously. But by then it was to late, The Fox and his network of killers and strange criminals was already a force whose influence could be felt everywhere. 

Perhaps the biggest problem was the Foxs own, relatively anonymous approach to things. He never personally seemed to commit the crimes. There were no evidence of his actual existence other then eyewitnesses spotting a man in a mask. Nobody they caught knew what he looked like. Kitsune wore a fox mask at all times, there was no recorded evidence of his existence and he never showed up in person. Some almost began to believe him a myth. Of course, for an urban legend, he has an impressive and proven death toll.

Other: Kitsune is not the business partner of Snow White as much as he is a parasitic entity that is playing his own game and her operations simply fall within the 'safe zone'. Snow White in turn tolerate him because she fears what Kitsune will do if she starts a conflict with him. He is also a good distraction, his mayhem usually works as a large scale diversion. Kitsunes entire crew are as crazy as him in some ways, he only hires the worst and most unreliable of people. He has serial killers, biker gangs and arsonists amongst his ranks just to mention a few. 

People doing a job on Kitsunes orders generally leave plastic kids mask, always fox shaped, at their crime scenes.
