[b]General Capabilities -[/b] Martha's a powerhouse in the making. Her Spiritual Energy is impressive for a girl of her age, being above-average touching on high. With a couple more years of work, she could probably give a lieutenant a run for their money, but right now the presence of a Captain-level enemy would make her drop to her knees - at least initially. Her early years have lead to her become an expert hunter and an impressive marksman, practised in the art of patient hunting. She has not got that much physical strength or durability without her Blut. 

[b]Reishi Manipulation -[/b] As is signature of Quincy, Martha can collect and control ambient Reishi to form weapons.

[b]Hirenkyaku -[/b] If there's one thing Martha can trump most Shinigami on, it's her speed with Hirenkyaku. The situations where this really comes into play is when she feels the need to transfer herself long distance, able to do so with relative ease. She is weaker with short, controlled bursts of Hirenyaku, making her a far easier foe to face up close. 

[b]Blut -[/b] Martha can employ both variations of the technique with a leaning towards Blut Arterie, using it to empower her long-mid range style of fighting. In tandem with her talent for long distance Hirenyaku travel, Martha is one heck of a marksman. While she may at least be able to use the two forms of Blut, they're definitely not as empowering as they could be. She chalks this up to her youth.

[b]Spirit Weapon -[/b] Great bow. With an emphasis on the Great. The bow is as tall as she is, if a little bit taller, made of a smooth black metallic substance, with the handle area looking more like a golden gauntlet than anything else. The bow appropriately fires very large bolts of Reishi which can cause devastating amounts of damage. Martha can deal some serious damage like this, but the amount of stamina it takes to fight like that results in her only being able to fire a dozen or so times before feeling the drain.[/hider] 

[b]History -[/b] Martha tries her best to avoid trouble after being practically born into it. She's the child of two rather extreme pure blood Quincy who boasted membership of a community of European Quincy known as Wildes Heer. Where most Quincy are willing to work with the Shinigami to see spirits purified, Wildes Heer are huntsman as well as monks. They destroyed their prey, the Hollow, with no hesitation. Naturally, Martha was induced into the group at a young age and slid into the role of Hollow Huntsman rather well. Of course, this was not something which was going to last.

The Gotei finally brought the hammer down on the Wildes Heer, wiping them from the face of the map - other than Martha of course. Just before the extermination, At age 15 and under the instructions of her parents, she fled their home and tried to set herself up in another country, landing in the spiritually active Karakura town. As the only member remaining of the Wildes Heer bloodlines, its understandable to see why the local Gotei might not be too content with her still being around. For now, she hunts the occasional hollow and tries her best to work out the secrets of Quincy abilities.

Got her gnarly scarring hunting a particularly fierce hollow. 
Apparently it's impossible to make her fall for jump scares. 
When it comes to an ethical code, she plays it fast and loose, taking an 'any means necessary' approach to taking down Hollows.
She's actually trying to become more scientifically minded, so she may start researching the potential evolution of Quincy abilities.
