In terms of Visored characters, Alexander acts as a beacon to wayward Visored who aren't familiar with their powers. Along with being in a teaching role, as in teaching them to use their powers, he is more [b]a[/b] leader then [b]the[/b] leader, possessing leadership qualities. Because of that, he does have followers and admires who try to help him in his efforts and/or live by his example. Generally speaking, Visored don't have the same hierarchy that Gōtie 13 since they've been cast out of the society. However teamwork and organization is still a part of their training since they were mostly high ranking soul reapers.
