A good idea, this time we can skip past the introductory phase and dive right into the action. Perhaps the League has just been cleaning up small-time crime but now Legion is becoming a larger and more overt presence, gang violence between the Outfit and Legion is exploding and the League has to bring peace back to the streets. From there we can keep progressing to other threats and conflicts. I might even borrow a few of Poly's rogues to integrate into the Legion arc.
