• Age: 200, looks about... ten, twelve at the oldest.
• Gender: Female
• Class: Soul Reaper, Lieutenant for the 11th Division
• Powers: Tomoko's swordsmanship, while competent, is underwhelming due to her tendency to activate her Shikai immediately in a fight.
•• Hakudo: Tomoko is a surprisingly competent hand-to-hand fighter in spite of her small size(thought not above average). Though her success is often derived from an element of surprise, given few expect anyone who looks like a little girl to punch them so hard in the stomach all the air is expelled from their lungs and they crash into whatever is behind them with surprising force. Still, she prefers her Zanpakuto.
•• Reiatsu: While not out of the realm of what is expected for a Lieutenant, Tomoko's Spiritual Pressure is somewhat impressive, though not extreme. Its defensive attributes are quite useful, as while Tomoko is still a Soul Reaper and therefore quite durable, she is somewhat more easily harmed then others of her kind due to her small size. She compensates by using her Reiatsu defensively.
•• Zanpakuto: Tatsumaki
•• Shikai: "[i]Spin, Tatsumaki![/i]" - Initially appearing to be a giant yo-yo, as tall as Tomoko herself, it quickly is revealed to be much more when chainsaws erupt from the indentation in the center, in a ring around the "body" of the yo-yo. The saws roar to life as soon as they spring out, and she can launch it at her foes only for it to safely return to her. She can also swing it as a semi-ranged weapon to take out targets who are further away. However, it does not have unlimited range, tethered to Tomoko by a string around her middle finger.
•• Bankai: "[i]Rip them apart! Bankai! Ketsukei Tatsumaki![/i]" - A second chainsaw yo-yo spawns, and both of them spin around Tomoko rapidly, rotating at blinding speeds and kicking up dust. They almost resemble a tornado of whirling chainsaw blades, and if they land a successful hit... well, their name is literally "Blood Tornado". It is at once a defense and an offense, as it is difficult to approach Tomoko when she is surrounded by whirling ripping blades of horrible death.
• History: Tomoko's youthful appearances indicates that she likely died at a young age. However, she is not particularly bothered by this at all. Instead, she focused on training as a Soul Reaper... and as she rose in power and rank, she began to display more and more unusual tendencies. As in she started revealing she is kind of a sadist. Tomoko always possessed them, they simply came out more as she trained. At her current rank, well, she's pretty unrepentant about it. However, she also displayed dedication to being a Soul Reaper as she trained. 
• Details: Some would consider Tomoko's youthful and rather endearing appearance to indicate that she is innocent, nothing more then the little girl she appears to be. This is absolutely not the case in any way. Tomoko possesses a biting tongue and a tendency to refer to others in a rather insulting fashion. Little malice is intended unless she truly dislikes a person, she simply enjoys seeing the reactions to her insults and sarcasm. On top of this, Tomoko appears to only have any respect for those who rank over her. Those on level or beneath her tend to get insults, sarcastic comments, even somewhat sadistic treatment by the youthful-looking lieutenant. She won't actually hurt anyone... but awkwardly leaning on them among other odd things is certainly not an uncommon event. If asked, she will cheerfully declare that it is "tough love". This attitude extends to her behavior in combat. Tomoko's fighting style is rather vicious and features a lot of rather aggressive and quite likely painful attacks. However, she firmly believes in a Soul Reaper's duties, and is in fact highly protective of other lieutenants and those who rank below her. In her words "You can only abuse them if you're me. Or if you rank higher then me, I guess."
