I've used regeneration in RP's before, but there's always been a weakness, usually the heart or head.

In the few cases it's not the character absolutely can't no-sell even if they won't die.

I've run into some [i]really[/i] bad no-sell people though. ^^; Not since I started on RPGuild though.
