Appearance: Long pin-straight black hair, with bangs. Japanese. Pale. Wears a grey medium length pencil skirt, white ruffle blouse with a color that she normally wears a sapphire ribbon around the collar, and thin black tights. Black flats.

Personality: She's a shy little woman, who's always been the wallflower. But when she has something to say, she says it. This doesn't mean she's rude though. 'R' was raised strictly with strong disapline. Her face stays mostly pleasent, and keeps calm under pressure while others are watching. Her aniexties do get the best of her at times, and likes to be worrisome. She's a fast learner, sharp, sly, and a great note taker. She was a excellent student, with high test scores and talents. She almost always sits straight, with her legs crossed. Not particually cocky, or flashy. She's a simple woman, who prefers to stay in the shadows. 

Why he/she took the Kira case: A policeman she knew since she was a child was killed by Kira. Due to this, she decided she wanted to take her talents for law and justice, restore order, and give back to the policeman who inspired her.
