Base(do you have one?/describe): The rooftop of a apartment complex. He lives in a tent most of the time except when it rains, then he takes shelter in the rooftop greenhouse which still has some flowers and other plants growing in it. He gets up and off the rooftop via the fire escape on the side of the building.
Bio: Harlan didn't live the best life before the infection began. He grew up on the streets and lived a very violent childhood. He'd been more than a few fights by the time he turned 20 and he was trying to turn his life around when the infection hit. His past made him strong and he was well equipped to deal with infected. After awhile he found out they couldn't climb and found himself a tall building to hunker down on top of off. He's been living up there ever since.
