This still open? To many pro-autos so I'd make a decepticon, though not a leader type. That said, doesn't mean the character can't take charge now and then... I'll develop the CS now as I wait for a response.

Name: Target
Race: Cybertronian, Allegiance - Decepticon
Equipment: Light blaster, carried in two hands it's Target's main weapon of choice. It's powerful enough to wound and even kill transformers but doesn't do to well against heavy armour. Two wrist mounts, the left-handed one with a pair of anti-personnel rockets (used primarily on pro-Autobot human factions) and the right-handed one with a pair anti-armour rockets. He must restock these rockets after every mission upon use. Carries a small, hidden blaster pistol. Not enough power to kill a cybertronian without a well placed shot, but enough to escape with his life with. Carries no melee weapons other than his fists. Target also has a steath system, nothing that affects actual sight but makes it hard for radar or other non-visual detection methods to pick him up, however not impossible.

Biography: Target has been a Decepticon under Megatron for as long as he can remember. His lightweight & nimble body makes him a great scout and an effective fighter in most situations. The fact that he can transform into a Reaper Drone, a killing machine designed by humans, greatly helps with scouting out ahead of a battle contingent and surveying a battlefield, giving needed information to his fellows on the ground. Due to his experience of getting by enemy lines, he's often called upon to take up special operations as either long-range support, sabotage a bridge or simply take out a specific Autobot that Megatron believes he's capable of dealing with (which isn't very often mind you).
Target is arrogant, overconfident & self absorbed, thinking only of himself in dangerous situations. When he has the upper hand, he likes to play with his prey, having them to the point of begging if he can, before he finishes the job. His view of humans is the same as many other Decepticons, a waste of existence and feels no remorse about slaughtering them but will refrain from doing so if his current objective requires him to not get distracted.
Other/Extra: Target is an agile character due to his light build but can't take much damage as a result. Though he claims he can shoot a fly from a mile away, he struggles to hit an agile or fast target. () can see great distances but it takes time for his eye to adjust, leaving him vulnerable if he's not paying attention to his surroundings. He's on the low end of the Decepticon hierarchy but has been tasked before with leading small groups of Decepticons on various missions.

Ignore the fighter plane images to the left and paint his red white and his black grey. He's slightly smaller than most cybertronians. Replace this head with the head below.

Change the purple to a lime green and we’re good. Average Cybertronian size.
