Race: Not Quite human- not quites are mutations on the original race. They look like the race does, and act like it does, but have a quality that is beyond their race's ability. Most Not Quites don't even realize what they are, assuming their ability as extraordinary luck and practice.

Personality: quiet and reserved, Moe doesn't speak much. She lives inside her head, and will ovten trail off in coversations, looking blankly ahead. When her interest is caught by someone, however, she'll open up to them, almost becoming outgoing around them. She is slow to anger, and will let insults directed towards her roll off her. But when another is ridiculed, she will become feirce and protective. 
Short bio: Her pen name Hannah Talons is common in the city, as she is known for writing stories and books that captivates the readers. She realized when she was very young that she was a Not Quite, her extra ability bing that of words and writing. Fearing ridicule of her mutated state, Moe kept quiet about it, and started using a pen name for her writings. She now lives alone in the heart of the city, a small three story house, the attic being her bedroom and where she spends the most time writing.
