He has a refrigerated side area in his class room with a glass wall. When a student dies, he hangs their corpse from a hook there, within plain sight of anyone in the room. He sees it as bonus motivation. After a little while, or when stocks run out, he takes the food down to his own meat locker, where he cuts up the corpse. He uses whatever parts he wants to improve his own body, and eats the rest. He also has a refrigerated chamber down there, where he can keep it.
