[/quote] I'm kind of of this opinion. It makes more sense to be in low orbit than to hang outside of a relay which, I imagine, would either be risking a traffic accident or people wouldn't be thinking about looking for a place to stop the minute they cleared the relay. Plus, a planet has a much, much higher potential client base. It would be like setting up in a city instead of some rural highway that may or may not have somebody pass by kinda thing.
