Quartz could possibly do it by carrying it in his mouth, it's only about the size of a horse if I remember right. Mainly when at he's at full size, in less then 10 at because he's half way there, and already heading towards it. He could possibly corral it with his coils but when Mama, if Alta can't keep it at bay, attacks then it will likely be rather difficult. I don't know if the fish can jump and trying to jump a large wall isn't easy for a fish.
