“What?! How?!” Ridill found himself being slaughtered at the strike when the Centennial brought its blades to his mobile suit. Upon their connection his mobile suit was unable to regenerate its damage. The power within his mobile suit began to discharge before he could curse, “Damn humans!” The Actualizer unit exploded to pieces in the air for Tadgh and Eleanor to observe.
“It… Can’t be… They have someone capable of mastering it?” Eleanor observed as her mobile suit backed away. As she observed the destruction that occurred before her, Eleanor found herself caught off guard when the ZETA charged and made its way towards her. It lunged its saber into the traditional area of the cockpit but found its way past Eleanor's location. "Ah!" She yelped from the motion. Afterwards her mobile suit endured the volley of fire that came and resulted in an amount of damage that chipped away at the armor. It was enough that the interior of Eleanor's mobile suit was visible.
Eleanor launched back behind a nearby building when her mobile suit began a regeneration process. The mobile suit weaved itself together and appeared to have never endured any amount of damage. Her mobile suit turned to face the two opponents when she saw her remaining partner land beside her. Predicatbly she heard Tadgh take the observation as a challenge, “A worthy opponent then. I actually might enjoy this.”
Eleanor’s mobile suit prepared her gun when she warned, “If you feel like throwing away your life for no reason it’s your business. But save it for once we actually achieve our victory.”
Tadgh moved his blade back when he agreed, “Fine. But I want to receive a match with this kid before then.”
Eleanor ignored the discontent when she ordered, “Prepare to move out and rendezvous with the Orchestrator. We have a report to present him.”
Eleanor’s mobile suit made its way from the site when she fired her gun warning, “Leave them without a chance to follow! Actualize!” The beam of light warped around the contents of the colony’s ground towards the Archangel. As soon as the debris formed it flew over the Gundams at a quickened rate.
Tadgh watched Eleanor make her escape preparing, “See you kiddies another time. Actualize!” His blade grew again and began to slice the air forming the hundreds of spikes in the air before they flew towards the Archangel with the debris.

Sousuke was shocked at first when he heard someone open a channel with him and heard his pondering. He was more taken aback when he heard the pilot’s answer. Whatever control of his temper he had when he shouted, “Accept it?! I’m supposed to want to kill people?!” He raced behind a Generic when he prepared to attack. As soon as the Centennial sliced at the standing Generic’s central weakness and made a slice towards the ZETA. The ZETA brought its beam saber to make contact when Sousuke warned, “Say that again and I won’t accept your help!” The Centennial broke away from its clash when it turned to face the remaining Generics before the stream of debris made its way over his head. Sousuke looked up at the vortex when he had the blades prepared and moving forward to stop its advance.

“What the hell is he doing?!” Meyryth asked against formality. “If he damages the Gundam at all, he’d better be ready for a court martial!”
Terzo had every bit of concern of the situation and Meyryth’s attitude when he asked, “Is the pilot in any sense of mental stability sir?”
Kira answered the concern, “This is his first battle. Unfortunately he must be permitting personal feeling to interfere with his judgment right now.”
Meyryth grasped her fist when she promised herself, “If this kid is going to act like a rookie then he better be ready to take discipline like one.”
“Focus all forward fire at the enemy’s attacks. We have to prepare for take-off.”
“Understood sir. All hand prepare for ascension. We are making our way towards the hangar bay.” As the order was given the Archangel rose from the ground and moments later began to move forward to the colony entryway while the spikes and vortex of debris were held back by the two Gundams in front.

Athrun observed the activity in the loading bay when he saw the signatures in Hangar 4 signaling its preparation. He made his way to the Infinity to contact the Archangel, “Kira, the Terminus is being boarded. The crew should be able to meet you on entry.” When he gave the report he saw the two Actualizer mobile suits headed his way and recognized the danger before him. “The enemy is trying to make an escape! If they continue this way they’ll make contact with the civilians!”

Terzo reported to his superior, “Commander, the enemy is reaching the end of the colony. Commander Zala is right about the enemy’s approach but we won’t make it in time. Orders?”
Kira gripped the arm of his chair when he commanded, “Send the ZETA and the Centennial to the enemy’s location. Don’t let them destroy any more of the colony.”
One of the operators observed the destruction outside asking, “Will we have to hold against the enemy fire sir? They’re still intent on crushing us!”
“Kira recognized the observation before he ordered, “We have to take off now. Maintain our shields and prepare to break through. Send out the Gundams.”
Terzo contacted the Centennial and the ZETA, “Attention pilots, prepare to move out to the colony hangar bay area. Do everything to prevent the enemy from harming the civilians.”

Sousuke heard the order as the Centennial sliced through a side of the vortex of debris initially about to snap at his superior. When he heard civilians mentioned a rush of concern came over him before he gasped, “Mei!” The Centennial split from the ZETA’s position in a rushed flight towards the area of the colony’s hangars.
The Actualizer mobile suits were near the area where Athrun’s Infinity was located but were cut short when the Centennial caught up to them. The Centennial sliced downward to Tadgh’s mobile suit when Sousuke charged with a yell.

The holographic map of the colony provided a visual as an Alliance operative reported, “Admiral, the colony is evacuating. The civilians are preparing to make a route to the nearest area of safety.” As the fleet encircling the colony observed its activities the newly appointed Admiral watched the civilian ships make their way out.
When it seemed the last one was on its way out the Admiral ordered, “Move in and see the civilians find their way to safety. Prepare to meet the enemy with everything available.”
One of the operatives observed the battle map agreeing, “Yes sir. The fleet is moving in.”
One of the panelists nearby asked, “Will we be enough to take down the enemy sir?”
The Admiral answered, “The interior defenses clearly aren’t enough but the force we have will deal the damage necessary.” He turned to some nearby operators ordering, “Launch all mobile suits to the colony entry. Don’t let the enemy escape.”
“Yes sir. Launching all squadrons now.”
On that order the Earth Alliance fleet sent its squadrons of GAT-410 Breakers to the opening of the colony. Whether or not they could handle what would come the Alliance had its forced prepared what was thought to be the dormant enemy.

Terra Asterius Zala

"Accept it?! I'm supposed to want to kill people?!" Terra gave the young pilot an irritated look. The ZETA responded to the Generic attack around them and began her own assault against them using her thrusters and BOWA Rifle, targeting at what suppose to be their joints and becoming satisfied at the fact that they're no longer standing back up with solid footing. Heck they weren't even crawling at all.

"?!" Terra turned to the charging Centennial with its blade sliding quickly towards her. She let her other hand quickly draw a Beam Saber from the power plant on the ZETA's back and crossed blades with Centennial. The ZETA obviously struggled-- the ground she stood on ripped as the force of the slash came into contact with the flaring saber. "What are you doing idiot?!"

"Say that again and I won't accept your help!" Terra became as equally annoyed as an irritated feline. She glared her eyes at the video feed of the channel with Sousuke's face on it.

"In war, you don't get to choose who your partner-in-arms is, maggot." As the blades stopped crossing, the ZETA lifted itself off the ground to avoid the incoming vortex of debris before employing pin point grenade pot shots at the vortex and disintegrated it into pieces with its explosion, leaving the remaining scraps succumb to the gravity of the colony.

The Archangel rose from the ashes, lifting itself off the ground as the Five Astray Mobile Suits followed by surrounding themselves around, shooting at the spikes fired from the Actualiser Mobile Suit. The squad leader of the Five Astray, identified as Sgt. Juman contacted the Archangel's bridge. "Sgt. Juman to Archangel's command, we're getting you out of here nice and safe. Count on us!"

Terra kept targeting the vortexes that soared around the colony like they were serpents of space, destroying them with the same technique she did as the other one. Two precise pot shots of her grenades that disintegrates the mass of debris altogether with two explosions. The scrimmage that the two Gundams were doing put rest to large amounts of destruction, despite of what's left of the colony.

A voice message coming from the Archangel caught Terra's attention as it delivered grave news for the colonists attempting to evacuate from the colony. "Attention Pilots, prepare to move out to the colony hangar bay area. Do everything you can to prevent the enemy from harming the civilians." The main camera of the ZETA quickly turned towards the mentioned, surprised that the Centennial took a reckless initiative by breaking away from Terra towards the hangar bay.

"Sousuke, what are you doing you mindless pig?!" She nearly slammed at the console of the ZETA, but avoided doing so and taking a deep breath to focus and calm herself. She looked onto the screen where Terzo was still connected and acknowledged the order. "Understood Lieutenant. I won't let them get close to the hangar." The connection was terminated, before she proceed to approach at high speeds towards the Actualiser Mobile Suits. Upon the ZETA's effective shooting range, it would take aim with the BOWA Rifle again and fired several locked-on volleys of high-powered beam shots at enemy Actualiser.

The two Actualizer mobile suits were making their way towards the exit of the space colony when Sousuke began to catch up to them. Tadgh looked behind him and saw the ZETA following as well when he asked, "You see those two after us? It looks like they still want to have a fight with us."
Eleanor saw their intent, "Of course. They're too sure of themselves after taking out Vanja." As the ZETA attempted to fire on her position Eleanor took aim at her distant enemy warning, "Try and catch me now weakling." Her mobile suit's gun fired towards Terra's position while many of the energy blasts met with one another in mid-air.
While Eleanor was fending off against the immediate threat her scanners picked up on the enemy fleet brewing outside the colony along with the mobile suit infantry. She ordered, "The Alliance Fleet is gathering outside. Prepare to engage the Breakers."
Tadgh sounded disappointed when he saw the civilian ships preparing to leave asking, "And we don't even get to mess with the civilians escaping?"
Eleanor reminded him of the urgency, "We don't have the time. We have to prepare to engage the enemy Gundams again."
Tadgh followed his leader behind her when he spat, "Fine, these weak humans get to live to tell the tale about us today."
Eleanor fired into the hangar bay as more colony defenses were destroyed. "Consider it a setback for now. The Orchestrator still has a long term plan to see fulfilled."
"Whatever. Just as long as we get to some more killing." Tadgh's mobile suit drew its mighty blade and cut a circle in the side of the bay walls for the mobile suits to enter allowing the vacuum of space into the colony hangar. He looked at the Alliance Breakers gathering when he told himself, "Alright, sounds like I'll have a little bit of fun reminding these wimps whose boss."
The two Actaulizer mobile suits were outside when Eleanor reminded him, "Don't scratch any of the battle cruisers. They'll be necessary for our way out of here."
"Challenge accepted. Actualize!" At that command Tadgh's blade sent many spikes towards the Alliance Breakers. Each one found its way towards the center of a mobile suit while only breezing by the battleships waiting for them. Despite the swift destruction Tadgh saw the battleships firing their defense cannons asking, "How do you like that? Not a scratch on any of them."
Eleanor's gun was prepared when it found its way towards the "About what I'd expect. Prepare to make the jump."
Before she began Tadgh saw the two AERO gundams making their way towards them. "Aw are you sure about that? It looks like they still want us to remain back here for a while."
Eleanor prepared her gun when she ordered, "Hold them off. I'll begin construction." She turned her focus back to the battleships when she announced, "Actualize!"
Tadgh prepared his long blade when he warned them silently, "Very well. Looks like they'll get a chance to have a parting gift once they get her."

The crew stuck within the depths of the colony hangar began to rush its way into the AERO ship while their remaining mobile suits did everything to fend off against the Actualizer enemy. The leading officer saw many ZAFT and Alliance officers making their way into the ship when he rushed to the command chair. He turned to one of the entering officers when he asked, "Has the crew made a full rendezvous with our position?"
"Affirmative sir. Everyone has been accounted for and we are prepared for take off."
The officer managed his command panel when he commented, "Finally we get to find our way out of this mess." He established a contact with the Archangel in the colony when he reported, "This is Commanding officer Arath Remin. We have the Terminus under control and the hangar is being secured." The battle map blinked to an alarm when it showed the Actualizer mobile suits headed their way. Thankfully Avris was nearby when Arath ordered, "Verity! Engage the enemy! Don't let them near us!"

Avris heard the command when he prepared the Verity's main blade, "Roger that Commander."
Illiana asked in a giggling voice, "You manage to take out one of them hun?"
Avris kept his focus on the enemy before him when he answered, "No, some other kid managed to take him out. Stay focused on pushing them out."
Illiana's ZGMF-1400 Martarius prepared to launch towards the opening when she agreed, "Won't be a problem." Several more formed up behind her when the Actualizers prepared to find their way out of the colony.
Avris watched the two make their way out of the colony when he observed, "Looks like they don't want to stick around much longer..." He ordered the remaining squadron, "Prepare to move out. The enemy looks like they want to call it a day, that's where we get our best shot." At that order the Verity and ZAFT Martarius units flew behind the ZETA and the Centennial.

Terzo saw the Infinity making its way towards the Archangel when he reported, "We're reaching the entry of the colony Commander. The enemy is being forced out."
Kira sighed at the relief he had for the moment when he ordered, "At least we've managed to push them back for now. Prepare to exit and receive or assist the Gundams."
One of the operators observed the statistics of the old battleship when he reported, "Yes sir. We've still got enough power to push back the enemy at this rate."
Kira saw the destruction in the hangar bay when he began to fear the sudden possibility of casualties ordering, "Continue to move out before they manage to destroy the Alliance fleet. They have the most immediate danger."
The Archangel made its way into the hangar bay when the door began to close behind them while Terzo reported, "We're prepared to move out sir. The hangar bays are now pressurizing." He turned to view the wide number of explosions before he realized the Archangel was heading into a battlefield with Breaker mobile suits being attacked by Tadgh's mobile suit. "Wh...What is the enemy doing now?"

Sousuke found Tadghs' mobile suit being flung towards him and sliced away at every attempt to hit him. The Centennial cut off every attempt the spikes had to hit him but Sousuke only looked out for himself in this moment. He saw the ZETA behind him being targeted but didn't attempt to assist her.
The Centennial flew forward and clashed with the blade in a mighty blow while Eleanor's mobile suit was left to do its work. The blades shone with the nuclear energy as Sousuke warned, "You aren't going to harm any more people you monster!" Every slice from his directions was blocked while he attempted to advance. Even when Tadgh only had one blade it managed to block every attack from its sheer length alone. Regardless of every block, the Centennial continued to attack its enemy.

One of the operator conveyed surprise when he reported, "Admiral! The enemy has taken out 84% of our mobile suit forces!"
The Admiral was in even more shock when he heard Murrue was killed as he asked himself, "How... This is actually possible?"
He couldn't wonder any further when he heard another operator warn, "The enemy is making its way towards our broadside sir!"
The Admiral ordered without a second thought, "Open fire! Activate all defensive weapons and don't let them get past us!" With that order the Admiral's flagship along with the many other battleships fired their energy weapons and various others towards Eleanor's mobile suit in a final hope to see its enemy destroyed.

Avris managed to make its way towards the two Gundams when he had his beam boomerangs prepared for a strike. He contacted both of them, "Hold on kids. I'll make sure you don't make this your last mission." The Verity flung both of its boomerangs to the blindsides of Tadgh's mobile suit when he warned, "Now don't make me pull out the big one!" He said as the Verity's hand reached for its Anti-ship sword.

Ranged fire was useless. Terra would've needed a weapon much more powerful than the BOWA Rifle she had right now. Every shot she fired was matched by the Actualiser's own fire and it failed to slow their advance the slightest. She continued to move close in her ZETA Gundam and avoided all the spikes she could and destroying some that got into her way with the rifle. Sousuke seemed intent on keeping the guy occupied-- Although it was so the other mobile suit was doing another thing-- like preparing herself or something.

She used the zoom of her ZETA to see what the other Mobile Suit was doing, and it had its gun pointed towards the fleet? That can't happen. She hurried, pushing herself to Eleanor until the grapple's reach and fired the hook onto her gun. Upon successful grab, she would pull as much as she could to break to gun and hopefully give her an opportunity to strike as well with her BOWA Saber. "If I have to annoy the shit out of you, I will do it until the day I die!"

Eleanor turned to see the BOWA rifle linking to her own weapon before she could make the attack. "How cute. Sorry I don't have the time to mess with you." Eleanor made a motion similar to a fisherman's lure as she gave the line some slack and made an immediate pull towards herself. The line snapped as she found the boomerangs encircling her and moved the line towards the target area. The boomerangs connected and Eleanor saw her gun fully charged for firing.
Tadgh was holding his own against the enemy Gundam when it tried to find a decent strike. Eleanor contacted him when she ordered, "Get ready to make the jump."
Tadgh broke away from the Centennial's strike when he warned its pilot, "Fine then. Looks like you'll get to be ready for a better match next time kid." His mobile suit made its way towards Eleanor's unit before the
Eleanor's gun fired a mighty blast towards the nearest Alliance battleship after taking aim brining a bright light through a line of Alliance ships. As the beam shone through, pieces of the Alliance ships were extracted and summoned to a nearby point in a circular structure. The structure snapped together and formed a bright green void while Eleanor ordered, "Move through now! You've only got a few seconds!"
Tadgh's mobile suit flew towards the gate when he parted, "Later weaklings!" The Actualizers made their way through the gate and in another two seconds the gate snapped into the pieces it came from only to drift through space.
The two Actualizer mobile suits made their way through the gate and were instantly within the reach of Deimos while the void behind them faded to nothing. Tadgh rolled his neck when he asked in disappointment, "Damn... So how do we report this one?"
Eleanor worked on her computer panels when she reported, "Another failure. At least now we have something to report regarding our recent findings."
Tadgh made his way behind his superior when he shrugged, "Whatever he's got he better be ready to prepare another movement."
Eleanor didn't show any further signs of disappointment when she answered, "Don't worry about it. This will only pave the way for us to accomplish far greater things in the near future."

With the destruction of the Alliance fleet there were only a few ships left where one remaining officer asked a nearby operator, "What is the status of the situation outside?"
"Sir, we are reporting the enemy has disappeared. But not without extensive damage to the Alliance fleet. We are suffering major casualties."
"Damn. We were supposed to be ready for this day but we couldn't even defend ourselves against three of those things."
One of the operators remembered the rush of events when he added, "And took down one. It's something of an improvement in our favor."
Another operator shook his head when he reminded them, "Even so we've lost Admiral Ramius and the fleet defenses." He went back to his duty when he asked, "What do we do about the civilian evacuation?"
The officer ordered, "Cancel the process. There's too much debris and we can't risk them being caught up in all of this."
One of the operators prepared to contact the colony when he agreed, "Understood sir. We'll maintain the civilians within the colony."

Avris cursed his luck when he received the boomerangs from his thrusts, "Well damn. First chance to take this baby out against those bastards and all it's good for is mowing down Generics." He turned on his communication channel to Illiana asking, "How much of the squad is still in tact?"
Illiana checked her status when she answered, "Enough to form two squads at least. To tell you the truth it's more than I thought we'd have."
"Yeah. I don't think anyone could have exaggerated the threat the Generics were going to pose."
"You'll get them next time though. And I can't wait to see you rushing out there into battle like that."
"If anything this battle could have used a more grand entrance from yours truly."
Illiana smiled when she giggled, "And tell me do you think you still have what it takes to make a grand entrance with someone else?"
Avris shook his head before he cut off the channel answering, "Sorry, not going to happen tonight. I've got other things to worry about."
Illiana sighed in disappointment when she wondered, "Hm... Always more interested in the Verity. Why doesn't he just marry the thing?"
He saw the ZETA behind him and contacted, "Sorry about the line of fire kid. I'm sure you had a good idea what you were doing."
He saw Arath contact him on his channel, "Attention Verity. Please report to the Terminus."
Avris answered the call, "Right away sir."

Kira was contacted the ZAFT leader on the Terminus when he asked, "Captain Ramin. Have the units been secured?"
A holographic image of Arath Remin appeared before the Archangel crew answering, "Yes Commander. We have the Terminus under control. I have to say it's quite generous of you to let us take the flagship of AERO like this though, most people would be pretty tempted in situations like these."
Kira recognized this hole when he answered, "The activation codes aren't the only thing necessary to operate the ship Captain. We've had those procedures worked out."
Arath nodded when he agreed, "Good thinking. Just keeping them in the out of the enemy's hands is the most important thing though."
"Please prepare to board the Archangel and begin a briefing. We have to prepare out next course of action."
"Anything you wish Commander. We'll see how things turn out." The image faded and the crew was left to operate the old warship in preparation for their next move.
Kira turned to find a forlorn officer when he recognized the pain that had come to overtake him. "Terzo..."
Terzo has his eyes shut facing his panel when he answered, "This was supposed to be a peaceful day for her Commander... I guess I was never prepared for this."
Kira avoided the gesture of seeming too close to personnel when he simply answered, "These random events are among many cruelties of war. If I had it my way she wouldn't have been the one to attend. But you have to remember what she wanted you to do."
Terzo looked up when he maintained a professional tone, "Yeah... Prepare for the worst and do everything to enforce the future of peace."
Kira nodded when he confirmed, "The mission we've all promised ourselves in AERO's founding."
"Commander, we have the Gundams making their way into the Archangel. They are now secure for landing.
"That's good news to hear. The Centennial is still in our hands."
"Commander sir, it is time for me to enact my duty as commanding officer of the pilots."
Kira was reluctant to accept the idea but remembered the procedure that he had set himself. It was time for his son to "... As you will Bitalech."

As soon as the Centennial opened its cockpit Sousuke heard Meyryth shout near the railways, "Yamato! Front and center!"
Sousuke sighed when he recognized the voice, "Great she wants to talk to me..." He slowly made his way down the ramp before greeting, "Hey lady. Listen I did ever-" Before he could finish that sentence Meyryth delivered her rightfully feared double slap to Sousuke's face and pushed Sousuke's body to the ground. Sousuke tried to stand up when he said, "Ah... ow... Hey... Let me-" Before he could finish Meyryth had her boot on the center of his stomach and pressed as hard as her foot permitted.
Meyryth looked down at him when she scolded, "I'm sorry your highness I had no idea a Scandinavian Princess was signing up for these ranks."
Sousuke tried to stand up when he answered, "H... Hey I didn-"
Meyryth pressed harder when she interrupted him, "You signed up when you got in the Centennial maggot! Let me be the first to school you that attacking a fellow officer especially in the line of duty is an offense that will not be excused in the history of human decency! If you're below that then please be the first to let our medical staff take a look at you!" She lowered her voice when she offered a light compliment, "I'll give you this much credit, taking out an Actualizer on the first flight is not an easy thing to pull off. That's the only reason I'm not throwing you out the airlock right now."
Sousuke didn't have any gratitude when he focused on the last portion asking, "Yeah? You think my dad isn't going to have a problem with that?"
Meyryth leaned over her knee when she spat in Sousuke's face asking, "Listen to me your ladyship, you try go crying to your daddy. Daycare ended last week and you're on the ground running and from what I've heard you'll be the only one permitted to pilot the Centennial for a while. Are you ready for at least holding this much?"
Sousuke didn't have any fight left in him when he accepted, "Okay already. If I can stand I'll do it."
"First lesson for the day my lady, military procedure requires that every sentence you direct to me contains the word 'Sir' twice. Do you agree?"
"Yeah I get it..." Instead of lifting herself off of Sousuke's body Meyryth pressed more of her heel into his stomach before she heard, "Ah... ah... Sir I get it sir."
Meyryth stood from her position when she ordered, "Get some decent uniform clothes on and report to the bridge to be debriefed on you schedule starting tomorrow. Do it in that order and I'll consider going easier on you in training."
Sousuke pulled himself off the ground grasping his gut when he remembered to answer, "Sir, got it sir."
"Dismissed."
Sousuke face palmed when he wondered about his current situation asking, "God damn it... What did I get myself into?"

As the civilians made their way off the civilian ships back into the colony.
Several civilians wondered among the recent destruction asking, "The evacuation's been canceled?"
"Looks things got that intense."
"Is it still even safe in here though? What about all the damage?"
One of the teens from the dance club answered, "The panels are shutting everything and least there's still a floor to walk on."
Another one observed the destruction when he reminded them, "Yeah... But now we have to wait for everything to be fixed first..."
Trip agreed with the problem when he sighed, "Could have been worse I guess."
Mei took a look at her cell phone only to find that there weren't any new messages. "Sousuke... Please be out there..."

The two Actualizer mobile suits made their way towards the Martian moon towards a tunnel. As the two made their way down, the tunnel began to show an unnatural cavern of flesh giving an appearance of the inside of a human throat. The two mobile suits made their way down and entered the a mouth cavern where several mobile suits were being held by skeletal appendages. The two mobile suits from the colony of Port Two were held by the same kind while Tadgh and Eleanor exited their mobile suits. Instead of opening the cockpit the pilots slid out of the mobile suit from a hole beneath the area feet first. They both landed while an Actualizer greeted them, "Your mission has come to pass?"
Eleanor was the one to answer, "We have made contact with the enemy. But we have
"The Orchaestrator requires your presence. You will report to him now."
Eleanor instinctively stood at attention from this command when she agreed, "Of course."
Tadgh was more hesitant when he agreed, "... Very well then. So we will."
The two pilots made their way through the cavern as they stood before what appeared to be vocal folds. As Eleanor made her way towards them the folds opened and revealed a room within. Before them a gathering of Actualizers were observing Eleanor and Tadgh's entrance around a pool of bright green water. At the head of the room was an imposing man standing a head above everyone in the room with unruly shoulder length blonde hair observing a filmy screen on the wall.
The Orchestrator remained facing the wall when he greeted, "Another one among us has fallen."
Both Tadgh and Eleanor knelt before him when Eleanor answered, "My master, Vanja Ridill has fallen."
The Orchestrator turned to observe them when he asked, "Who was his slayer?"
Tadgh was the one to answer in an unusually clam voice when he answered, "Not one we have faced before. But the humans have repurposed Colada's mobile suit to their use."
The Orchestrator looked into the pool before him when he asked, "So they were capable after these years... You have discovered its pilot?"
Eleanor answered him, "There were two. We were capable of facing the one named Kira Yamato. But his seed took up the mantel when he could no longer bear it. He was the one who bested Ridill."
The man looked down when he understood, "A child was capable." He was undeterred when he reminded them, "Either way it is time to bring our mission forward. We will soon be able to achieve our great vision."
Tadgh agreed when he asked, "Yes master. You have your mission prepared?"
"They believe to have achieved security. Our next move shall come in giving them another victory." The Orchestrator turned to Eleanor commanding, "Eleanor Rhiannon. You will be on this next mission and you will grant them a battle."
Eleanor only asked, "This battle is to be my own master?"
"This mission will be to discover their position and where they will be headed. Follow with this movement and the soldiers of AERO will bring about the next motions the world will follow."
Eleanor stood and bowed before she accepted, "I obey and realize your vision my master."

Eleanor's unit made its way out of the Deimos moon when there was a circle much like the one she used to make her way to the base. She pictured the Terminus and Archangel before she fired her gun towards the circle and injected energy through the circle. She prepared her mobile suit when she warned, "I hope you have enjoyed this brief respite Kira."

Terra Asterius Zala

All of her attacks failed to even phase the Actualiser Mobile Suit. The more she thought about it, the angrier she gets with her actions. It pulled onto the line towards it which meant for an opportunity of an attack, but as soon as Terra was able to see the beam boomerang circling around the other side of them, it returned by snapping the line which angered her. The result of the gun visually seen as reaching its maximum charge, the ZETA pulled back for the impending attack. Drawing her BOWA rifle again hoping for a lucky shot, she aimed for the gun's barrel hoping to at least hit it and cause a malfunction to no avail. The gun was fired at the nearest Alliance battleship and it obliterated everything in its wake.

"Sorry about the line of fire kid. I'm sure you had a good idea of what you were doing." Terra turned her main camera to the other Mobile Suit from ZAFT to which she pointed her gun towards in anger.

"Get in my way again and I'll make sure that its the last time you'll be." The gun was raised down, perhaps committing a warcrime wasn't the greatest idea after all. She turned around, crossing her own self to not look back at the failure that was behind her. Alliance Fleet was obliterated and she couldn't do anything to stop the Actualiser. "I'll kill them. I'll kill that bitch the next time I see her." The ZETA received her order to make landing at the Archangel, and she made her way across the destruction debris to make landing after the blasted Centennial had docked.

--After Landing--

The ZETA's cockpit opened and she quickly stood up and disembarked from the pilot seat of the ZETA. "Where is that kid from the Centennial?" Her eyes scanned and locked on to the lightly armored Gundam and saw that the kid was already on the ground, being intimidated by a lady who beat her to the punch. Either way she still had her two cents to throw at the guy. It already appeared that the lady was already giving him a hard beating. Her heels was pressing against his stomach and he was learning his place the hard way. She could only glare in spite until the words that the lady said could be heard. "... military procedure requires that every sentence you direct to me contains the word 'Sir' twice. Do you agree?"

She waited in the sidelines until the lady was done addressing him. Finally, after she left the kid behind, she got up in front of him and stopped him from walking further with a push of her hand. "Maggot." Terra said and punched his nut before walking away. "That was for attacking me, maggot." Right after her punch she ran towards the rest of the soldiers and got into her own formation in line where Athrun and Kira was waiting by.

Avris was cut off from the pilot of the ZETA leaving him only to shrug, "Sorry for trying to apologize. Guess I'm not going to be the stern one out of everyone after all."

Avris oversaw the situation at hand when the ZAFT pilots made their way into the Terminus and adjusting to the landing mechanics. He had exited the Verity before seeing the blue haired beauty so intent on following him. "So it looks like most of us made it. Good thing, I was worried you might not make it." Illiana said walking up to him.
Avris shook his head when he told her, "Hey come on. I try to be the lone soldier out there but I'm sure as hell not going to let those freaks destroy me on my first actual encounter."
"If you ever feel like having a valhallan night..." She slightly lowered her zipper in suggestion to the offer.
Avris lightly pushed her when he agreed, "I'll consider it Illiana. But we've got our orders to follow for now."
An intercom interrupted their conversation when it ordered, "All pilots report to the boarding station. Prepare to meet with the AERO officials."
Avris turned to the elevator when he pointed out, "Sounds like us. Guess they want to know how screwed up we are."
Illiana followed alongside him when she asked, "And are you going to do something to fix that?"
Avirs chuckled when he agreed, "If worse comes to worse."

Sousuke stood up from the recent hold on the ground while he held his stomach. Unfortunately he didn't earn his break when he saw Terra walk up to him. He knew he was in trouble even before he tried to tell her, "Hey listen I-" Unfortunately he couldn't attempt to apologize when he was punched in his nut this time. Being hurt by two women in one day was proving to be a huge blow to his confidence and could only observe as she made her way to the ranks of surviving AERO pilots.
He didn't offer any other words when he walked over to the nearest elevator where he had to prepare getting a new uniform. "That lady is probably tring to fool me, but at least it's worth a try." He thought to himself.

Kira observed the AERO pilots standing at attention while Meyryth overlooked the ranks. He requested, "How many of our pilots are still alive?"
Meyryth saluted to Kira when she reported, "We have enough pilots to form the Primary Squadron sir. Unfortunately that's about all we have."
Athrun maintained his observing gaze when he reminded Kira, "Thank god. I knew Terra wouldn't have an issue. I have to make sure that Cagalli got out safe though."
Kira agreed with the concern when he promised, "She should be on the Orb crusier right now. You'll see her again."
Terzo was behind him when he asked, "Permission to speak freely sir?"
Kira turned when he agreed, "Any time Lieutenant."
"Is Yamato really the best choice for the Centennial's pilot? His first flight has been... hit and miss in more ways than one."
Kira nodded at the concern but pointed out, "Unfortunately none of the others surviving pilots are Coordinators."
Terzo looked down when he realized, "That is certainly an issue. And Terra is already too vested in the ZETA."
Kira finished his thoughts, "That narrows our options unfortunately. I'm afraid I won't be able to offer much on the frontlines now." He promised them, "It will only be temporary. We have to make our way to the Earth Alliance Capital and deliver the Centennial. Our mission will be finished by then."
Terzo wasn't any less deterred from the concern when he remembered, "To the Earth Alliance capital. Weeks away at least."
Meyryth promised her superior, "With all due respect sir, it should be enough time for me to break his pretty little ass and make him half-way decent soldier material by the time we arrive."
Kira accepted her promise when he ordered, "You're authorized to work within proper procedures Ensign Bitalech."
"Gladly sir."
Kira turned to the soldiers "Everyone report to the bridge. We have a route to plot to Earth."
The pilots saluted when they followed their superiors. "We follow you sir."

Sousuke exited his quarters when he donned his alternate uniform his father prepared for him. He looked down at himself and could only sigh from the cursed luck he was now forced into. Even before he could attempt to make his big runaway from his parents at the ripe age he was being thrown into a war. He was already being forced to adopt a life he had never wished to begin. He walked down the hallways towards the bridge hoping that the ensign lady would try to remember her promise.

Sousuke found his way up to the bridge where the others were waiting. He saw his father and several AERO pilots waiting at the front when a holographic map was displayed. Sousuke saluted to Kira when he announced, "Reporting sir."
Kira turned to salute back, "Form up with Primary Squadron."
"Yes sir."
Kira saw Athrun and Arath waiting for the presentation as he began, "This is where we stand, Captain Arath Remin has accounted for ZAFT forces capable of escorting our forces to the Earth Alliance Capital." He pointed to the area of Port Two when he explained, "I'm afraid that our primary mission is off to a more rocky start than we had imagined but we will have to work with it for now as we can." He moved his finger to show where the Terminus and Archangel were moving to when he added, "The Gundam we kept from enemy hands, the Centennial, is one of our first chances to stand against the Actualizer threat. Our official mission is to take this weapon and present it to the Earth Alliance so they can begin manufacturing mass production units."
One of the AERO pilots voiced his concern, "For the Alliance though Commander? They can't be the only ones permitted to receive this thing."
Kira confirmed this when he explained, "The mission of AERO is to see that all sides are capable of defending themselves against the threat of war. As of right now we will have to maintain our forces and move forward with our original mission. The Centennial must reach the capital but it is our mission to see that it is made possible."
Avris spoke for his side of ZAFT pilots when he asked, "Alright defending the package won't be too bad of a deal. Who gets to pilot the Gundam?"
Kira introduced the meeting, "He doesn't know it, but he is probably the most capable pilot we have enlisted thus far. He is the one who was capable of defeating the Actualizer earlier in the battle within the colony and saved my life. Private Sousuke Yamato."
"..." Sousuke heard some dissenting talk build among the ZAFT pilots when he turned to Kira asking, "Dad, why do I have to be doing this now? Those guys over there look like they'll handle the Centennial a lot better than I will."
One of them seemed to hear this when he stepped out of line offering, "Hey listen to that, the pretty kid even agrees. Come on Commander you know we've got a better chance with a professional behind that thing."
Arath ordered to the pilot, "Private stand back in line, you are not authorized to speak that way to a superior officer."
Kira shook his head when he answered, "Sousuke Yamato relinquished his civilian status hours ago. As of right now he has shown the ability to pilot it the Centennial and handle against the enemy. And from what I understand our best pilots are currently assigned to their own respective Gundams."
The protesting pilot was far from impressed when he asked, "Pfft. Some kid gets to be in front because of some accident? And how seriously do they plan on handling this again?"
Arath repeated his order, "You'll report back in line now Private." The pilot stepped back in line as he waited to hear from Commander Yamato.
Kira brought up a list of pilots when he reported the ranks, "Our plan now follows as such. Private Zala will lead our ship squadron and Private Yamato will follow under her orders. Ensign Bitalech, you will maintain your position as operator of squadron operations and ensure the training of our pilots is kept to standard."
Meyryth nodded as she agreed, "I will ensure it is done sir."
Kira showed the destination for the two ships when he explained, "Our current plans will be to travel to Maius Four for resupply. With our current units AERO is unfortunately at a disadvantage."
Avris didn't believe the reason when he asked, "Even with the Gundams?"
The pilot who protested earlier asked, "You forget who one of their pilots is?"
"Which is why one of our squadrons will be escorting the Archangel for the duration of our way to the colony. Our pilots have been selected and shall begin a temporary transfer. All participating are to participate and assist as seen fit."
Illiana saw her name on the list of pilot when she pointed out, "Guess I get to have a chance in seeing him in action at some point." She took hold of Avris's arm when she asked, "Gonna miss me hun?"
"You'll have to be gone for a while but sure."
She planted her lips to two fingers before touching his check when she told him, "Now I know playing with me."
Kira finished the meeting when he concluded, "We are currently making our way from the colony and will be arriving in a matter of days. You are instructed to wait for our arrival at the colony and follow activity to regular protocol. Dismissed." The pilots of AERO saluted before turning to make their way down the corridors of the Archangel. Meyryth stood behind as she waited to see Sousuke leave as well but saw him remaining behind with his father.
Sousuke was no longer in line when he asked, "Dad, why do you keep trying to do this to me? I'm not a pilot, I was never even going to serve a year for anybody."
"If I had it any way Sousuke I would see to it that you wouldn't have to even live through a war. But what you saw was real and it can't be avoided now."
"You made me pilot after almost getting yourself killed out there! It's like I said, I never wanted to do this before!"
"Unfortunately you're now in the situation where you don't have a choice Sousuke. I never asked you to save me, you made it your own choice and some of us have survived for it. It's time for you to accept responsibility for a change."
Sousuke threw his hands to his side in defeat when he turned away from Kira before telling him, "Mom's going to hear about this."
Meyryth sighed as she considered the problems she was about to have with Sousuke. She handed him a slip of paper telling him, "Your schedule Private. Report to every event by the second."
Sousuke didn't show any gratitude when he took it and answered, "Yes sir."
Athrun was among the officers waiting for him when he asked, "From what I've seen it seems like Sousuke wasn't prepared to begin his time in the military."
Kira was frank when he agreed, "He wasn't. He's not even old enough to have served a few days in the military and he's serving at my age."
"Will he be able to answer the demands of war though?"
Kira didn't permit any fear to cloud his judgment when he answered, "If he doesn't then we are going to have a demanding war ahead of us. One that we might not have a chance of winning."

Terra Asterius Zala

There wasn't any time to recuperate from what she was feeling. For some reason she had felt fatigue across all parts of her body-- and she was perhaps ready to faint. She wasn't going to allow that to happen since the attack of the Actualisers. What was causing this fatigue anyway? All that she had done was shopping, and a bit of running... Then piloting the ZETA. She couldn't see what could've made her feel so tired. It was mysterious. Right now, Terra was trying to keep herself awake and conscious. Fainting in front of everyone would perhaps cause the other personnel to break into sudden panic-- Certainly wouldn't look good in front of her father too. She tried to focus herself back to the meeting at hand. "The mission of AERO is to see that all sides are capable of defending themselves against the threat of war. As of right now we will have to maintain our forces and move forward with our original mission. The Centennial must reach the capital but it is our mission to see that it is made possible." She saw that they were going to go ahead with their original plan. Perhaps that would be the most sensible move. Having more than just the Centennial Gundam as allies would mean better chances against the Actualiser threat.

"Alright defending the package won't be too bad of a deal. Who gets to pilot the Gundam?" A valid question. So far, only that narrow-minded numbnut was the most capable person to pilot the Gundam successfully. Commander Yamato wasn't even able to achieve the same feats the numbnut's had.

"He doesn't know it, but he is probably the most capable pilot we have enlisted thus far. He is the one who was capable of defeating the Actualiser earlier in the battle within the colony and saved my life. Private Sousuke Yamato." Even Terra was surprised that the numbnut was going to be assigned to the Centennial. She disagreed, seeing how he had performed in the field so poorly and couldn't keep a cool head during missions.

Others became restless, obviously unhappy with the fact that a still hormone-phased youngster was going to be the pilot of the only chance we have against the enemy at hand. "Dad, why do I have to be doing this now? Those guys over there look like they'll handle the Centennial a lot better than I will." An idiot could string together a well-thought sentence once after all. Someone else other than him would be a better-off pilot. She paid more attention as more people began to voice their own personal opinions.

"Hey listen to that, the pretty kid even agrees. Come on Commander you know we've got a better chance with a professional behind that thing." Terra's thoughts exactly. Somebody else far more professional-- Like her father, should pilot it. Commander Yamato seem to have made up his mind about it, however.

"Sousuke Yamato relinquished his civilian status hours ago. As of right now he has shown the ability to pilot it the Centennial and handle against the enemy. And from what I understand our best pilots are currently assigned to their own respective Gundams." The bickering continues in the ranks, disagreeing with Commander Yamato's decision. It could be seen as favourtism but at a time like this, it would easily be slid under the rug with the current shortage. "Our plan now follows as such. Private Zala will lead our ship squadron and Private Yamato will follow under her orders. Ensign Bitalech, you will maintain your position as operator of squadron operations and ensure the training of our pilots is kept to standard." Terra was nearly caught with her jaws to the floor. She was picked out of everyone else to lead a Squadron of Mobile Suits. On top of that, she has authority over the numbnut. Perhaps everything wasn't all that bad. Yet again, it still concerns her that he would be the one piloting the Centennial. "Our current plans will be to travel to Maius Four for resupply. With our current units AERO is unfortunately at a disadvantage."

One of them shouted; "Even with the Gundams?" Only to be responded with the reminder of who was the other pilot presumably taking a jab at Commander Yamato's decision for choosing his son. Kira Yamato ignored the remarks and continued his speech.

"Which is why one of our squadrons will be escorting the Archangel for the duration of our way to the colony. Our pilots have been selected and shall begin a temporary transfer. All participating are to participate and assist as seen fit." She observed the name in the list, but ignored most of it as it was ZAFT operatives being temporarily transferred. "We are currently making our way from the colony and will be arriving in a matter of days. You are instructed to wait for our arrival at the colony and follow activity to regular protocol. Dismissed." As that concluded his speech, Terra and the remaining soldiers saluted the Commander before making their way out from the bridge, and she tried her best to meet her schedule with her fatigued body.

Athrun Zala

He remained by Kira's side listening to what he had to say to his group of soldiers. When he finally had dismissed the group, Athrun turned to Kira and brought his own concern in front of him. "From what I've seen it seems like Sousuke wasn't prepared to begin his time in the military." He watched, waiting for his friend's reply.

"He wasn't. He's not even old enough to have served a few days in the military and he's serving at my age." The mentioning of their past immediately flooded their weary minds. The conflict between the Earth Alliance and ZAFT. This brought a concern of course-- And Kira should know what that concern should be.

"Are you sure he will be able to answer to the demands of war?" He tried to at least remind him of their past-- But Kira remained firm in his ground.

"If he doesn't then we are going to have a demanding war ahead of us. One that we might not have a chance of winning." Athrun turned his eyes away from him, disappointed of the fact that he had seemed to have forgotten the feelings that he felt when he first got pulled into the war.

"Out of all people Kira, you should understand your son's pain the most." Athrun made his way towards the door of the bridge. "Remember when you were still with the Earth Alliance? You didn't want to be pulled into a war as much as your son didn't want to get pulled into this war. You should at least put his feelings into consideration. Otherwise... People are going to die. They could even be your own son." The bridge door opens and he prepared himself to return to the Izanagi. "I will be returning to my ship. The ORB Union has requested my presence and I will see to their needs. I'll leave my daughter to your hands too, Kira. Your sister and I entrust her to you." Athrun made his exit and make way towards the catapult to enter his Infinity Justice Gundam and return to the Izanagi.

Eleanor's mobile suit made its way through the green gate to return to the area outside the ruined colony of Port Two with the multitude of destroyed Alliance ships. She observed the ruins when she considered her next decision and told herself, "They were fortunate to escape last time Kira." She lifted her hand and thrust it into her stomach. It melded with her stomach briefly and before she removed it in a fist. She thrust it into one of her chair arms and took aim with her mobile suit's gun towards the nearest point of debris.
The process resulted in a ray of flesh forming towards the destroyed ship. The flesh morphed and churned before they formed into bipedal mobile suits and her filmy video screen received input from developing faces from the growing mobile suits. The development continued before the faces fully developed into androgynous human faces with ten forming on the screen. She addressed each of them, "Advancers. You have been born for this task. Go forth and search for the Gundam that bears the signature of our kind."
The androgynous humans answered in unison, "We follow and obey." The ten mobile suits made their way across the debris of space while they searched in various directions for the Terminus and Archangel.

One of the Advancers flew its way towards the radar range of the two escaping battleships that AERO had taken away from their mission. The Advancer gazed with a blank face on the two ships before it made a report to its lead unit, "Ships sighted."
Eleanor was on the other line when she commanded, "Engage."
With that order the new Advancer unit began to make its way towards the location of the two ships. Little did either of them know, it would soon be a battle unlike anything they encountered.

Kira was barely able to give an answer when Athrun reminded him of his own personal conflict in his first few instances of war. The feelings of conflict were something he tried to push away from earlier but knew that Athrun was correct in his warning. He could only sigh acknowledging the thing he was doing to Sousuke when he added, "Unfortunately I had as much choice for my entry as Sousuke does now. And he made the same choice I did at his age as well. All I can do now is find some way he can survive this war like I've hoped." Athrun made his way to the Izanagi when Kira saluted in parting, "She will be in good hands."

Sousuke entered his assigned quarters when he threw his schedule to the side and kicked his nearest wall out of frustration. He threw both of his fists to the same area out of frustration from the situation before he cursed, "Damn it dad! Why?!"
A few minutes passed before Sousuke took out his cellphone and saw the two contacts he was hoping to address. He found his mother's contact name and began writing his message, 'Hi Mom. Please help me. Dad has made me pilot a mobile suit. I need your help to get me out of here. Please help, I don't want to die. Please respond soon. Love, Sousuke.' The message was sent and he found Li Mei Hsu's address. He wrote another message when he told her, 'Hi Mei. I'm still alive. Dad's dragging me with him and I can't escape. Don't worry about me, I'll be back with you at your side soon. You have my heart encircled around your finger my cosmic queen. Love, Sousuke.'
Sousuke looked up at the ceiling from his bed when he considered everything that had been thrust upon him that day. As he tried to ponder what could have gone through he permitted a feeling of song when he decided to cope with his situation the way he knew best.

Here I am out among the stars
Being given more of my scars
Living through pain my will shall drain
Here to wonder of my wondrous queen's reign
Cast to the lands I never knew where I never sought to live
What things should I seek as my drive?
I look out and see myself deprived
But who is to there to see my hope revived?
I hold on to faith
I'll overcome my odds
I'll never be torn asunder by the demons who seek my soul
And at the end of that faded light
There I will soon see my queen again

Sousuke let go of whatever grudges he had for the evening and forced himself to get some sleep for the night.

"Good morning Ambassador. How well has the Alliance accepted your meeting?" The ZAFT Chairman greeted the Ambassador on her shuttle leaving the grip of the Earth Sphere.
The Ambassador sat in the leading chair of her FFMH-Y101 Eternal when she reported, "Quite warmly Chairman. The Alliance has grown more open to ZAFT presence since the recent treaties. Unfortunately I feel that much like the recent agreements it is being done for the wrong reasons."
The Chairman looked up from his desk when he pointed out, "I have no intention of questioning the legitimacy of your claims Ambassador but I would think the Alliance leadership wouldn't operate with anything but the well being of Earth in mind."
"Even so Chairman, I feel there is very troubling news in regard to the Alliance's state."
"Could you briefly give an idea of what issues are most troubling you Miss Yamato?"
Lacus presented a holographic map of the Earth when she reported, "Recent riots in South America are questioning the legitimacy of the recent attacks on Port Two going so far as to call it a staged attack from their own government. The Eurasian Federation is rallying its forces to the Arabic regions to quell economic frustrations. Worst of all it would seem the proposed Mutual Enforcement Through Arms act has gone in effect... What the President sees in this motion I cannot currently imagine."
The Chairman checked another sheet when he brushed off the concern, "Nor is it your mission to discover why Ambassador. The Alliance has simply set forth motions to protecting its unity and it will only be a matter of time before they pass from being necessary."
Lacus sighed at the dismissal when she finally accepted, "I hope you are correct Chairman. These actions on Earth will prove to be a troubling time for us all."
"Only if the Actualizers learn to use this situation to their advantage. in the meantime you are to ensure that the current mutual agreement is maintained."
"I remember my mission Chairman. I will have a full report ready upon arrival and suggestions for maintaining our relations with Earth."
"your arrival is eagerly anticipated Ambassador. Have a safe journey home."
Lacus took a look at her message system when she found the recent message from her son. "Kira... Sousuke..."
"Is something wrong Miss Ambassador?"
Lacus turned to see her assistant nearby when she answered, "No. It's only a personal matter."

Predictably out of all pilots who were asked to follow their schedule, Sousuke was the one to discover how the schedule to work against him the most. He slapped his eyes awake when he heard the alarm
He rushed to follow the pilots to the training area before Meyryth would arrive to evaluate the soldiers waiting for them. Sousuke rushed towards the nearest opening area where he managed to find an opening area to form up in rank even when he still managed to receive a few unpleasant eyes from his fellow pilots.
The gazes were broken when Meyryth marched into the preparation room when she observed the pilots waiting for her attention. Sousuke caught himself in mid-yawn when he tried to avoid getting any scolding from Meyryth. She greeted the formation, "Good to see no one has lost their sense of scheduling. Here's the situation, right now our best two chances for standing against the Actualizer Threat lies with the Gundams. I'm currently not at privilege to provide you with the odds of success for pulling this off. However it seems you have already determined who will be your best bet in providing security."
'Pft. Great. First day, I bother to show up and everything and she doesn't even show gratitude.'
He stood at attention when he observed the remainder of his superior's instruction when she announced, "As you may remember, Private Zala will be leading you when we have a decent force to back ourselves. Right now only she and Yamato will be making missions for AERO but ZAFT will be doing its best to offer support. I do not expect you to perform miracles but I expect you to be soldiers for this mission to Earth. You are expected to perform with ZAFT pilots at optimal efficiency. Meet with the ZAFT squadron and report to PT right after."
"So you think any of them is worth investing in?"
Illiana shrugged his arm when she told him, "To tell you the truth I've had my eye on someone."
"Woah. Illiana's going for somebody."
"Ah man. For one of the AERO guys? Guess we better offer a warning."
As soon as another ZAFT pilot saw her making her way to the Archangel's celebrity he told them, "Hehe. No worries. She's going for the kid."
The questioning pilot agreed when he saw the sight, "Might as well see someone bust his high horse. Couldn't be a better pick than her."
"Hey Yamato. Nice to see you were anxious to be on time to see me again."
"Well uh... I never really had a plan for that. I never thought you noticed me."
She offered her hand in greeting, "Illiana Rydith."
Sousuke shook her hand when he greeted back, "I guess you know me. I'm the Yamato kid everybody is sour over."
Illiana began to walk towards the locker room when she asked, "Sour huh? I know you weren't showing any enthusiasm before but now it just sounds like you never had plans for the military."
"If you want me to be honest I didn't. The only reason I'm here is because I saved my father from being killed in battle and I guess this is his way of saying thanks."
"The way you describe him it makes it sound like he doesn't understand you."
Sousuke gave a glare to the ground beneath him when he confirmed, "Tell me about it. Just because I piloted a Gundam once now I'm a big time pilot who has to save us all."
Illiana took a look at the Centennial at the launching strip when she pointed out, "It's not like you gave a bad argument why. Only two Actualizers were killed in the entire course of our contact with them. Killing one in first flight is not something to dismiss. If anything it just show's you were clearly born for this."
He wasn't any more convinced when he added in a sarcastic tone, "Yeah if I was I might as well have told my mom as a kid that I wanted to follow dad into taking on Clarent and exposing Selda Crind. I'd like to see how well she would have reacted to that."
Illiana wasn't disenchanted with the idea when she instructed him, "If you're just going to keep coming up with excuses for why you shouldn't be here you're not going to handle this period any better."
Sousuke found his way to a wall to the separating area for the locker rooms when he asked, "And how am I even supposed to? I didn't want to go in and I sure as hell don't want to be here now."
"If you had the choice to do it again though, would you?"
Sousuke looked down when he was forced to pause at the idea. After considering the notion he could only muster, "I don't even know anymore. I'm starting to wonder if I even should have to begin with."
Illiana waited before she entered the locker room telling him, "A good friend of mine would probably like to give you a serious beating for saying things like that."
Sousuke gave a brief gaze at Illiana when he asked, "And this friend of yours is the most war scarred out of everybody?"
"Not too many can say they are. He never got to meet his father and losing his last girlfriend was enough to make everyone think he wasn't into women. At least you had the chance to save yours."
"Whatever you say. Why do you even have to get in my affairs like this?"
Illiana placed a hand on his shoulder when she told him, "Everyone has to look out for one another in a group like this. Ensign Bitalech won't say it out loud but it's what keeps us from losing against the enemy. If you don't have a clear head or feel like there's anyone to call a friend you won't last very long out there."
Sousuke realized the issue when he commented, "At least you have something constructive to say. All these people just want to kick me down just because I'm new here."
"If that's how you feel then I hope you can look out for yourself. If it's okay I'll at least try to help you stay alive out here."
"Guess it could be worse. Private Zala over there will probably just want to find any other excuse to beat me up again."
Illiana chuckled lightly when she agreed, "That could be a bit embarrassing. Just like I said earlier though, don't try to get killed out there." She realized the Ensign was about to glare at their location when she reminded, "Training is about to start. Hope you're ready for a soldier's daily training."

The session of training was harsh for Sousuke when he panted to make an effort at enduring the physical training a military pilot had to go through. Most of the exercises being as demanding as they were ended up draining him of his energy and yield in low results some of the pilots had to hold back laughing at. Even with such problems on his mind Sousuke was still able to find a safe area in speaking with Illiana when she began her kickboxing training.
Illiana was clad in her boxing gear when the first quarter of physical training was passing when she told him, "I think I get it by now. You never were interested in being the big bad Shinn Asuka or trying to be what your dad was. But did you ever hold anyone in the military forces to high regard?"
Sousuke took down his own target when he told her, "Not before. I think I can make an exception for you though."
Illiana made another kick when she told him, "Are you honest? If you are then you're certainly a lot easier to build trust with than you've been letting on."
Sousuke tried to keep his eyes level with her face when he told her, "It's not like I can say no to a nice lady can I?"
She took a sip of her water container when she looked up and asked, "Nice lady? You might be one of the more polite pilots I have a chance to work with."
Sousuke made a show of shaking his head at the idea when he told her, "Well damn, ZAFT must have really lowered their standards if ladies aren't given the treatment they deserve."
Illiana made her way to the women's locker room as soon as the alarm for first quarter of drills had been completed telling him, "You sure managed to get on my good side easily. Let's see if that does anything for us on the battlefield."

Avris answered his phone when he greeted his constant partner in crime, "Morning Private. The training been going well for you?"
Illiana's voice sounded when she answered, "Ensign Bitalech has been anxious to see our forces are ready to save the day and been treating the Gundam Pilots like the royalty they are. You should know how much of a pain it is working in AERO conditions."
Avris threw his wrench to the side when he told her, "Come on, I know like anybody else can you're trying to list excuses to get transferred... again."
"Oh come on it was just once, and I had to relinquish my promotion because of it."
"Yeah a real dilemma for you wasn't it?" He took a gaze at his monster of a Gundam when he reported back, "Me and the guys are making sure the Verity is able to make a big entry, A.S.S. swinging."
Illiana giggled when she agreed, "Sounds better than boomerangs. At least it's less likely to interfere with someone's line of fire."
"Yeah however Zala plans to act it might be a while before she has a level head about teamwork."
Illiana's answer when she delayed her response quickly telling him, "Maybe we should just agree to that. This sort of talk, not the kind to stick on her good side."
Avris flipped his phone closed when he agreed, "Okay. Sounds like everything is going as expected.

Before the third quarter of drills could begin Meyryth received an alarm from the bridge above when she heard, "Ensign! We have contact from the bridge! The enemy is approaching our location!"
"I should have known." Meyryth sighed. She sent an order to the crew within the launch bay, "Send the ZETA and Centennial out to engage! Don't let them approach our location!"
Sousuke took a look at his assigned Gundam when he shook his head, "Great... I get to go out there again."
Illiana walked up to him when she asked, "You're planning to keep them from approaching aren't you?"
Sousuke took hold of his helmet when he had his pilot suit on answering, "Whatever. All missions pretty much boil down to killing the other guy doesn't it?"
"If it is then I hope you're ready to do well enough to come back in one piece."
"I guess. It's not like too many people are going to be happy about it anyway."
"Does this give you incentive?" Illiana asked placing a kiss on his cheek.
Sousuke blushed as he "I... I guess it might."
Illiana patted his back when she told him, "Just go out there and do your job Mr. Soldier."
Now within the cockpit of the Centennial Sousuke prepared himself for the launching process after the ZETA shot forward. He announced to the crew of the bridge, "Sousuke Yamato. Gundam Centennial. Launching."

"Now I'm going to make them see what I'm capable of for real." Avris flipped several switches and announced to the crwe of the Terminus, "Avris Grimm. Gudnam Verity. Launch!"

Terra Asterius Zala

Recuperating with military food had helped her recover from her seemingly mind-depriving mental fatigue. Terra also had sometime to get herself comfortable in her own cabin and rested. Her mind was focused on recovering for the training upcoming in several hours after all. She was glad that she managed to get herself back up on her feet without the assistance of some leverage. She dressed herself back up to her soldier gear-- lugging her small body to zip the one-piece suit up after fitting the skin-tight leggings on first and sliding her arms along the arm holes. She checked herself to the mirror, her flowing hair covering her face slightly in a sort of bed head. It took her some time to re-straighten and assemble her hair properly-. She clipped her parted fringe and tied her entire hair into a bun. She proceeded to try and fix her sleepy face with a splash of water and reapplying light make up and lip balm before leaving her cabin.

She was earlier than the other soldiers, including officer Meyryth. She looked around a little to help her gather some bearings and even checked the time by her phone. She wasn't mistaken alright-- but where was everyone? Soon enough, other soldiers began to swarm in to the training area's entrance. When they saw Terra being first to arrive they began to make their own comments. "See? I told you she was gonna be here first. It's perhaps in her head that she's gonna be leading us." That comment somewhat got into her nerves, nearly sending fumes out of her system. She pointed at them and shouted.

"HEY! Drop it! No talks about the squad leader or I'll kick your asses!" The entire group was taken by surprise to see the little angry feline scowling at them with her claws. They commented again.

"Watch out! The cat has claws!" Of course, the comment only made her angrier. She approached the commentator and clawed at the man's face, before standing back in line waiting for Officer Meyryth to arrive. The group of soldiers continued to pool in, but they seem to be content in staying away from Terra-- seen from the 'crater' that it was making as people crowded around. She crossed her arms in annoyance, gritting her teeth and shutting her eyes in frustration in an attempt to deal with the others. She waited until the officer had arrived, then she would give it her all to try and best the others in training.

"Good to see no one has lost their sense of scheduling. Here's the situation, right now our best two chances for standing against the Actualiser Threat lies with the Gundams. I'm currently not at privilege to provide you with the odds of success for pulling this off. However it seems you have already determined who will be your best bet in providing security. As you may remember, Private Zala will be leading you when we have a decent force to back ourselves. Right now only she and Yamato will be making missions for AERO and ZAFT will be doing its best to offer support. I do not expect you to perform miracles but I expect you to be soldiers for this mission to Earth. You are expected to perform with ZAFT pilots at optimal efficiency. Meet with the ZAFT squadron and report to PT right after." With the briefing over, they went on inside to meet with the other ZAFT members and begin their training.

Physical endurance training. Thanks to her being well-fed and rested, seems like she was breezing through most of the pressure unscathed. She was able to match everyone and going for the extra mile by doing more than required. Of course, it tired her, but never had she felt so strong and reinvigorated. Next was running, she was able to keep up the same amount of laps as the others, but her short stature made it impossible for her to run for longer. She was simply not cut out for running. After the run, Terra was able to see the numbnut running over to some other woman in the kick-boxing area, chatting her up as she did her routine. "Not only is he an idiot, looks like he's a womaniser..." She said with squinted eyes. "Unbelievable." Second quarter she was able to keep up in hand-to-hand combat, seeing how her smaller stature meant that she could dodge her opponents easily and deliver quick punches to their face or stomach easily. Or maybe the groin if her opponent was a man-- that always works.

The alarm sounded mid-training. She stopped in her tracks and took a look at Officer Meyryth before running to get herself dressed into her Pilot Suit. She latched the helmet on to her head and quickly made her way to the catapult bay where she mounted into the cockpit of the ZETA and started her systems up. Bridge Captain Terzo immediately contacted Terra as she mounted up. "Private Zala, make sure the enemy do not reach our current location. Do everything you can to hold them back!" She runs a check of her systems to see the grappling hook still offline. She pressed several more switches before jolting the ZETA to life.

"Understood Captain. How many targets are we expecting?" She inquired.

"Our radars detect one-- Wait-- That can't be right..." Terzo seemed hesitant with the matter.

"Captain, one or many contacts, I'm not letting them touch this ship. I'm launching now." The mechanical hands of the catapult equipped the ZETA with the BOWA rifle and its arm-mounted nose shield. She waited for the hangar crew to give the green lights for Terra to launch. As soon as the 'whoop' was heard, she placed her hand on the thrusters. "Terra Asterius Zala. ZETA Gundam, launching!" The sliders underneath disengaged the lock and she felt the momentum pushing forward, launching the Gundam into deep space as Terra pushed the thrusters up and commandeered her Gundam towards the location of the enemy. "ZETA to bridge, do you copy? I have visual on a single target..." The radar indicated a generic mass produced mobile armour unit, but something wasn't right. " Actualiser unit approaching! Radar says it's a Mobile Armour. Uploading video feed to bridge now!" She pushed several buttons along the console and provided vision for the bridge to observe the fleshy and organic-like Mobile Suit approaching.

Terzo observed the two Gundams within the Archangel launch from their catapults when he reported, "We have confirmation of their presence Commander. The Verity, Centennial and ZETA are all launched and engaging the enemy."
One of the operators voiced a concern, "You really think this isn't going to be overkill for this thing sir? It could just be some Generic."
Kira observed the battle on the map when he answered, "If it turns out to be another Actualizer we can't afford make the mistake."
Another operator nearby was "We've got video feed from the ZETA sir! Uploading now!"
"What is it?"
One of the operators took a look at the odd Actualizer enemy unit when he reported, "It looks like a mobile armor sir. Have we even seen this thing before?"
Kira only had to observe the unit for a second when he answered, "Only once at the Colada Incident. This isn't just a Generic we're dealing with." He turned to the operators below when he ordered, "Prepare to engage in primary defenses. Do everything possible to assist the Gundams."
One of the operators observed the , "All primary defense turrets activate!"

Avris's Verity made its way towards the location of the Centennial and ZETA when he greeted, "Hey kids. I take it you're looking forward to this new encounter?"
Sousuke was the first to answer with spite in his voice, "There's nothing to look forward to in combat."
Avris shook his head when he lost contact left to comment, "Damn. I can't get on the good side with any of these kids." He saw the Advancer unit making its way towards him when he prepared his Anti-Ship sword warning, "Here it comes. Time to batter up."
Sousuke saw the Advancer unit making its way towards his location when he took hold of his blade triggers. He observed the enemy intensely when he cursed, "I have to take out another one... Why do you monsters have to even exist?"

Eleanor observed the enemy making its way towards her Advancer unit while it continued to move forward with the Archangel as its target. The three Gundams went into its vision however when they were prepared to defend their home vessel. She observed the Gundams with great intent with her greatest focus on the Centennial. "I'll see that your seed spills his blood Kira." Eleanor ordered the lone wandering unit, "They are prepared. Launch forward and undo them."

The androgynous being within the Advancer unit heard the order and confirmed, "Obey." The Advancer Unit made its way towards the Verity Gundam and formed a beam rifle and prepared to fire on him. Several armor piercing rounds made their way towards him but they were brushed off when it used its beam shield generator to protect itself. As soon as the shots were fired it prepared its beam rifle and made a clash with the Verity's blade. The two were in a deadlock for a brief time when the blades connect but the Verity took its eye beam cannons towards the Advancer.
The pilot within the Advancer forced itself to move away from the Verity when it saw the damage being done along its armor frame. It made a command with its observation, "Heal." At that command the Advancer unit had its armor regenerated from the damage done. With its repairs completed the unit dashed forward to engage the enemy while it prepared to engage the ZETA.
When the Archangel made its fire at the Advancer unit and noted its danger to the side. "Evade. Evade." It announced in a casual manner. As the Advancer unit watched every shot made by the ship it managed to avoid the shots with only a few sears made along its armor. The sears were cooled before anyone had a chance to take advantage of them while it kept an observation of the line of fire the Archangel was offering.
The shots were avoided and the Advancer unit began to make a new attack. Its gun was morphed into a blade when it used the next few slices to deflect any shots made from the ZETA and Verity. It moved from its opponents and observed the opponents before it and saw the Centennial with its blades prepared. There was a brief feeling of confusion within the Advancer pilot's mindset when it observed the Centennial reporting, "Actualizer signal acquired."
Eleanor's voice was on the other line when she ordered, "Engage the enemy. Destroy him."
The pilot within the Advancer lost its face of confusion and saw the Centennial with a newfound sense of determination. The pilot accepted the order when it rediscovered its purpose to the mission when it responded, "Destroy." The Advancer formed a spherical shield of flesh around itself from the side when it observed, "Interference." As the shots were absorbed the shots made by the Archangel the Advancer unit defended itself from the damage. Finally with its target In sight it saw the area where the three Gundams would collide towards it. It brought its shield to its front and launched forward with its target in sight. At an uninterrupted thrust it would be able to tear a mobile suit sized hole through the Archangel.
