You're refusing to accept that Jack's power doesn't win every time. Not once has anyone said something about a hypothetical fight, and you just left it or conceded that your character would come off worse. Every time you had to argue about how Jake would win. If your character's like that... well he's an asshole, but what the fuck ever, but you don't need to do it here in OOC as well.

do you understand the concepts of trash talking? When someone makes a threat to spear Jack he's going to make a threat of his own, I don't think I should sabotage his character for the sake of letting punk style characters get away with bad mouthing other characters. Also I would expect the heroes to not get into a serious fight with each other since we are on the same team, when Jack makes a claim that doesn't instantly mean it will happen that way. Also I edited some of his powers and toned them down.
