With the way this roleplay runs, having the ability concerning neural activity concerns me since it's something that easily can become overpowered and can lead into the vein of godmodding or metagaming down the road when everyone's characters start to get stronger. You said that you might make a character geared more towards electricity and I think that might be a better a much easier option to use which will give you more time to enjoy writing your posts insteading of having to be focused on how your power would be portrayed so that you don't cross any lines. Go right ahead and make him an outcast if you want or some other type of person if you change your mind. The only warning I have with controlling electricity is making sure that your character and BlessedWrath is distinguishably different as well as making sure not to cross the line in having a power like Tia and have the ability to communicate with electronics. If you need a better explanation of Sam's or Tia's power, feel free to ask.
