The FEP condemns the USSGR and DGAR for their war mongering acts. I seem to recall that Russia during the war partook in many war crimes which could make any NAZI blush! Summary executions and mass murder of prisoners of war are acts which a proud, peaceful country should not partake in.
Because of this I ask the three countries to begin peace talks, if these talks are not issued then Mutual Assured Destruction is imminent. As soon as one nuclear weapon is in the air, the world will never be the same. 

To end on a lighter note I will formally accept the UEAS Non-aggressive pact but wish that military access will only be permitted when both the UEAS and the FEP are at war with a mutual enemy. I would also like to extend this agreement to begin larger trade routes between the two countries.

Now I must leave to sign some papers, good day.
