I am saddened that another world power has entered the war. Though I do see why both sides are fighting, I do feel that peaceful negotiations should be on the up most priority.
Despite this, because of these recent events I feel I must bring a treaty to the world. A treaty I dub 'protéger le pacte mondial'(Protect the world pact)

The signers of this Pact will, for the well being of the planet we all live on (Earth), not use Weapons Of Mass Destruction in any conflicts present or future, if in doing so would set off a chain reaction which would ultimately destroy both countries. 

A Weapon of Mass Destruction is a nuclear, radiological, biological, chemical or other weapon that can kill and bring significant harm to a large number of humans or cause great damage to man-made structures (e.g. buildings), natural structures (e.g. mountains), or the biosphere.
