I'm aware of both of those things. It is Canada's dominion status that made me think it would be available to a player.

I asked Stein about South Africa previously. The player currently controlling the Boer states will switch to South Africa after the war.

Don't worry I have a good system.
Whenever conflict occurs, or an order needs to be verified.
Flip a coin, If heads the order was a success.
If tails the order was a failure.

Whenever an order is issued by anyone who isn't Austria, it fails. But orders issued by Austria are always 100% effective.

Dutchbag a.k.a Russia is going to do the Stats. Keld is very busy and doesn't have time. Expect stats tomorrow-ish and we will begin soon. Also, adding the last players and closing registry for now. Check the player-list to see if you got in.
