Ryoku Samidare The Third Amekage " Just as I thought ... the quiet before the storm." Ryoku was observing the Four Tails since he and his group arrived to confront the beast. He was glad it happened a bit outside of the village that was struggling so hard to rebuild. The lake situated nearby would give him a good advantage, since his Water Release would become that much powerful. Looking to his left and right, he saw brave men and women that gathered to defend their homes. Their strength will be more than needed - even if Ryoku was the Amekage, a Tailed Beast was still a daunting challenge. After a while of observing and thinking, the Four Tails made it´s first move - one that spurred Ryoku into immediate action. Several salvos of lava were flying towards Amegakure, while the Four Tails was roaring it´s intentions. Ryoku closed his eyes and made a quick succession of seals. " Water Release: Stormy Blockade! " . A large amount of water was summoned from the sky, directly hitting the lava based attacks of the Four Tails and averting most of the damage from the village. At this thought, Ryoku was hesitating - he knew he could not protect his village entirely from the beast, so with a heavy heart, he decided to focus on the beast alone. Cancelling the technique just as the Four Tails started to charge towards his small group, Ryoku briefly considered his next move. " I see you are not playing with us, Four Tails. However ... ", Ryoku started to form a lengthy series of handseals, and while he could do the technique he wanted to perform with a smaller number of seals, this time he was aiming for power." ... don´t underestimate the Amekage! Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique!" An enormous water dragon formed from all the water that fell down in Ryoku´s previous technique. Counting on his comrades to take care of the huge wave that was the result of the Yonbi´s roar, he directed a dragon towards the charging beast. Ryoku was bracing for the impact of his technique, but was also thinking about his next move, should the Water Dragon be insufficient to stop the beast - which most likely will be the case.
