If there is an entire garrison, or 300 soldiers, then it's more than likely that some would get past Shorus as it's very unlikely that he'd be able to handle corralling them all... On top of which Shorus can still remain busy, having led off the larger part of the horde and then catch up later. This doesn't affect your post and Hamster didn't ignore you saying you were busy... If you notice in one of my previous posts I even mentioned your character having stayed behind... You posted after that saying you'd caught up.

As for Sparkle and Hamster, they'd been planning to have her save Mhundir from the last few Guardsman anyway from before your last post... it's here in the OOC if you read back.
