For some reason, this whole request from the Doctor for acquiring peace is almost alike to how both Euphemia and Nunnally wished to make the Special Administrative Zone to put the Japanese in peace with the Britannians. Though they have good intentions and a way to achieve it, Lelouch knew it wouldn't last and there was always bound to be conflict no matter what, because someone would always find something to hate, everyone needs to hate something, and if hate is spread around, then no such peace will be achieved. Of course, Lelouch didn't want to be too naive himself, but he knew a simple peace treaty wasn't going to do much. Not when the very things that Lelouch did were questionable.

Since she didn't want to waste the fuel used for her Energy Wing system on her Leodegrance, she was waiting in one of the VTOL gunships. her helmet off to give her some fresh ocean air as she waited for the orders.
