Physically, The Observer isn't at all that strong. He relies on speed and outmaneuvering rather than force. The blasts aren't all that powerful, and won't damage Malice badly.

Would you like to fight here, skype, or pirate pad? Malice doesn't plan on letting Observer target any of the new people he's met. He doesn't show it but finds them interesting and wants to see what they are like.

Watermelon, you do not understand. Me having such a strong character, I needed a limit. This is his limit, he's not supposed to be an easy character to work with. Riley does not have a lot of control over Malice, and Malice hates everything. He's hard to deal with because he has to be, not because I enjoy that.

Making him hard to deal with in the context of the story has the side effect of making him hard to deal with when you're trying to write. It was just some decisions your character has made that have been kind of annoying. For example, earlier we've agreed to try to get big blue out of the pizzaria but Malice immediately tried to slow down the plot by trying to throw him right back in. I'm not angry at you or anything, I understand what you're going for. I just think that you need to try to find a balance between making him hard for our characters to work around while also not making it hard for the real us to write around.

At least you need to let us know in the OOC when your character is about to do something like throwing another player's character, because even though they can make it not happen in IC it's still a pain in the butt to write in that instance if they want to do something else instead.

I understand your concern and there will be an OOC post warning before I make an Ic post, but I won't know until I read the post, so the warning may not be a day in advance. I understand he's hard to work around, as is the point in this stage of the RP, but part of an RPG is character development. At the moment Malice is merely interested in you guys. He will not be co-operative to any plan, nor will he be cautious. However, he will progressively become more docile and co-operative. I appreciate that you talked to me about this, I really am. However, at this point there is nothing I can do to satisfy the type of rage Malice has. That will be something a team will have to work on, not extensively, just by fighting alongside of him.

Also, Riley will start gaining more and more control, the longer Malice is out the less control he has. however, as Riley himself gets stronger then Malice will get easier to work around.
