Theá doesn't dislike any of her siblings, she'd go so far as to say that she loves every one of them. So for Theá's part, I don't think she'd see her and Torrential's relationship as strained... as for how she deals with enemies. It really depends on the enemy. You saw what happened to Old Hoof xD 

But more often than not, she does deal with her enemies as you described.
