Since you don't think that an Asura looks like the image given, I have to figure out a way how she can exist. Maybe their not human arms; maybe they're magical ones, and the closet thing they managed to get to human arms. They had the bone structure, but the flesh didn't mend together correctly, hence why the hand looks very scarred; they had to cut the flesh between the thumbs and index finger. Or maybe they're monkey arms, shaved of their fur. Or some nonsapient humanoid race that has arms, if such a thing exist.
