Lia had actually stayed back to talk to some other cheerleaders about the pep assembly today. "So we are going to be performing the simple routine of ours right?" She heard someone ask. "Yeah, just the dance ro..." Lia cut off when she watched the exchange between Arty and Alex. She watched Jeremiah go over to Arty so she knew who to handle this time. She hated her friends being bullied. She hadn't dealt with it since middle school but she hated it. "Lia." Her co-captain Jenna said. "Excuse me a minute girls." Lia said walking over to Alex. "So Alex... I saw what happened." She said emotionless. "And you want to see if I'll date you since I'm a hero. Yeah I'll date you." Alex said smirking. "Ew just gross. Like I'd date a bully like you." Lia said rolling her eyes. "Come on Babe you know it's true." Alex tried grabbing her. She hit his hand away and a glare crossed her face. "Now Alex. You do know he's my friend right?" Lia asked crossing her arms over her chest. "Your friends with a queer? You deserve better friends." Alex said with a laugh. 
Lia clenched her fist and glared at him again. "You mess with him one more time and you will feel my wrath along with my friends wrath, the football teams wrath, and the cheer squads wrath. I have power in this school but I don't flaunt it and I don't use it. But I will if I need to. Got it?" She asked threateningly, getting in his face to emphasize her point. "Sure you are doll." Alex said stealing a kiss from her due to their faces being close. Lia's face flushed with anger and embarrassment as she slapped him hard and kneed him where the light never shines. She then stomped away wiping her mouth. "Now I need to bleach my lips." She muttered as she walked into class and sat down hiding her embarrassment and anger the best she could from her friends.
