I guess I should make a post for myself too. Get Malakaus to do something.

For clarity, Skooma is illegal in the Dominion, but not moon sugar. That being said, you would probably never be arrested for it in Elsweyr.

Also, you have a pretty unhealthy relationship with the 4th wall, don't you Lucius?

Only when I'm higher than an adventurer defeated by a giant. But yeah, it's fun to reference it within reason or simply as a gag. Once Malakaus really gets into that skooma, he's pretty much going to be behind the keyboards. His "thoughts" will be written as his dialog, he will ramble on about things that don't make sense to most people (even if some of those things are true) and act a lot like me. And if you've seen how I've acted here, you can get an idea of what that entails. It's humorous in a way... With very disturbing implications. But something like that, I suppose, is dependent on our thoughts about it, and how much I want Malakaus to be like me an how much I want to be like Malakaus.

I'm almost tempted to make up a sea chanty that Ja learned from one of his previous voyages. Yeah, I'm gonna do it just to do it. It'll probably be shite but I'll try anyway

Sharee actually said she would be giving Noelle 15 lashes, not 50. There is a...slight difference in severity between the two.

Still going with the theme of making an ass out of himself. And I think I'm doing an okay job of it

Indeed, though Sharee would honestly just stay in the tavern with Kahl. She doesn't really care about either of them, so Ja leaving means nothing to her.

I figured as much. Just giving reganza a chance to talk without me being there the whole time, I've been with him since I started posting, essentially

Edit: I haven't been able to really sleep the past few days and it just caught up with me, plus feeling like I'm dying, so I won't be posting the rest of tonight more than likely

I don't really understand why characters are talking about taking skooma with the same enthusiasm as smoking a cig. It is an incredibly addictive substance, like ten times higher than most opioids, and amphetamine.

This is true. Skooma is nothing to toy with, even for Khajiit. Moon sugar is less potent, though it still has strong effects. Khajiit have a much higher tolerance to it, though.

Well, I don't know about you guys, but Malakaus treats it like cocaine; powerful, and worth decapitating people over. I think it shows some self-control how little of it he's taken so far.

It's not less potent, but instead less addictive. Moon sugar is actually a hallucinogenic drug, like acid or ahyusca, whereas skooma simply causes psychoactive effects like more dopamine or serotonin.

The only issue Lucius, is that addiction hardly involves self-control.

Moon sugar's effects actually aren't nearly as potent. For Khajiit, it is used as a spice and it takes quite a lot to incapacitate one of them. It is quicker for non-Khajiit, but not nearly as quick as skooma.

The only reason I disagree with you is because you're conflating them. It may be more potent but it's like comparing crack and acid, completely different effects.

It doesn't help that moon sugar's effects are inconsistent throughout the series.
