Jenna probably would say something along these lines if she did it in front of someone and laugh it off

"Oh god, I can't believe I just did that. I am such a ditz sometimes." 

Alone she might look at the door a little startled before quickly going back to what she was doing before someone notices her standing in front of the door in hopes of avoiding something embarrassing.
