Unfortunately, no, I don't know Japanese. I just use a range of different translator websites and cross-reference between each one. Google Translate is usually a good start but from there I double check that via romaji.me and then nihongo.j-talk.com. Most of the time I find the right Romaji and Kanji for my names but sometimes I have to fit things to the way I like them. :D
