Landsknecht would have come about in the 1500's. Which is a good thousand years after all of this. As it stands the German states and culture wouldn't even resemble the German state and culture we know today.

Otherwise, the tribe of Germans that sacked Rome in this era would have been either the Visigoths under Alaric, then Vandals under Geiseric, and then the Ostrogoths under Totila.

But there hadn't really been a tribe more dangerous to Rome and its values until the Lombards. But the Lombards are a whole other thing involving the Catholic Church, the House of Karling, and the Holy Roman Empire. And they didn't really even get to Rome.

Concerning the disputes over historical accuracies, so long as there's a reasonable possibility that whoever you want to be may have, at some point, moved to the Mediterranean area or southern Europe, I am willing to allow it. Try to be realistic though.

So I was going to join this as the Sassanids, but then the other RP I applied to as the Sassanids has gone live so now if I want to partake in this I feel like I need to come up with an alternative.

Could always go Judea. The Jews had been long searching for a path out of Roman control. So now I wonder even more than I had before: what's the status of Christianity here?

Except, it isn't just the alternate history RPs, but of his RPs. of them go anywhere. .And Work_U_Dumb and Shoop are both the same person anyway (this can be inferred from both user's very similar writing styles, exact same RP themes they try to get interest for, and their nigh-identical forum behavior), which makes his record even worse. As of now, you have about 17 or 18 NRPs between both of your accounts that have ended in complete failure.Put some effort into these things damn it.@ OPThis is the only time I'll be posting in your thread regarding this, sorry about that.
