Powers - Sakura has, really, no particularly notable powers or abilities whatsoever for the moment. Aside from handling herself much less clumsily when it really counts. She doesn't even know the name of her zanpakuto yet.
History - Sakura was an ordinary, if rather shy and clumsy, girl. There was nothing too special about her life, really, and she didn't do anything too impressive. At least until, due to her clumsiness, she got into an accident and died. It was from here that she became a trainee Soul Reaper, admiring the Soul Reapers in general and desiring to to what is right. However, she is still a quite clumsy, shy girl, even after becoming a superpowered spiritual being.
Details - Sakura is rather prone to being nervous and quite shy. While she doesn't have issues talking to people as long as they aren't too loud and don't take her by surprise, it's very likely they will have to approach her first. And if you're loud, well... she will most likely look down at the ground and try very hard not to jump. She is also very clumsy, tripping over her own feet much of the time and generally not being a very capable person physically. Really, she doesn't exactly seem like the most suitable person to be performing the duties of a Soul Reaper. However, what she has is a deep desire to help people and to prevent evil from being done. Sakura, when things really matter, overcomes her clumsiness and shyness and is capable of pulling off somewhat surprising feats of combat prowess when it really matters. That said, she's only a trainee, so even her best isn't very effective against powerful enemies.

Evolution - I don't know everything for sure, but I know her Shikai is going to be a giant pair of shears.
