He better be neutral here. I can tolerate all to the low end of neutral but no further. Violent Apathy is fine, but going out of your way to ruin lives will not be tolerated.

I mean, I banned evil. it wouldn't be fair if I just let you be evil but nobody else. Blatant (or hidden) evil is restricted to antagonists.
