@Orders, In the chat Dutch and Stein were saying to send non-Euro orders to Dutch, but I'd like confirmation of that. Also, I do believe all war orders go to Stein. But again. Confirmation required.

EDIT: @Byrd, I would assume a new constitution would indeed make it the Fourth Republic, but that's my opinion. Why are you wanting of new constitution?
